The Wrath of Punisher

Back at the Liberty, Luka began playing his guitar for Zoe. She smiled and closed her eyes as she listened to his beautiful tune.

'He's so sweet and kind' Zoe thought. 'I really think I could be open to telling him about my troubled past.'

Suddenly the tune was cut short by Chloe. 'Sister! Prepare to meet your Punisher!'

Zoe gasped. 'Chloe? Is that you? What happened to you?'

'Not Chloe anymore, Punisher is my name and punishing you is my game!'

She had a whip of light she used to wrap Zoe up and pick her up.

Zoe struggled as Luka tried to grab her but she was too high.

'Chloe, no! Don't do this!' Zoe cried out.

Punisher threw her to the side of the boat and tethered her hands with her whip of light as she put a dome of electricity around herself and Zoe as Luka ran up to her.

'No...Zoe!' he cried out, feeling helpless.

'Make one false move, diamond in the rough, and you'll be electrocuted!' Punisher growled at Luka as she turned to Zoe. Now...your punishment will be reliving every single horrible experience you've ever had in your life!'

'No!' Zoe cried.

Luka gasped. 'Don't put her through that! She doesn't deserve that! Nobody does!'

But poor Zoe couldn't resist Punishers power. 'When I was 12, my father passed away from cancer. That was the darkest day of my life.' Zoe cried, as her tears were sucked into Punishers sunglasses.

'Zoe...' Luka said sadly. He suddenly had a thought. He ran over to get his guitar.

'Listen to the music Zoe, focus on the music!' Luka cried as he played a soothing melody.

'Pfft! That won't help her!' Punisher replied. But Luka didn't give up and kept playing.

Meanwhile at the Agreste mansion Nathalie smiled. 'It's working sir, it's already up to 40% capacity!'

'Wonderful! You are doing well Punisher! It won't be long until Ladybug and Cat Noir show up to meet their doom! But hopefully not before you've drained all the negative energy this girl can put out!'

Marinette was walking to the Liberty to watch rehearsals when she rounded a corner and saw the electric dome.

'What the...? What's that, some new special effects?' she exclaimed. Then she gasped. 'Oh no, that's Zoe! She's crying, and that akumatised villain is sucking up her tears!.... Chloe!?'

'Time for Ladybug Marinette!' Tikki said as she flew out.

'You're right! Tikki, spots on!' she said as she secretly transformed.

Ladybug ran over and yelled, 'Chloe! Just what do you think you're doing to poor Zoe!'

'Not Chloe, Punisher! And I'm punishing this girl by making her feel horrible so she'll go crying back to New York!'

'This is low, even for you!' Ladybug replied.

Suddenly Cat Noir showed up. Adrien had been walking over to the Liberty for rehearsals too when he noticed all the commotion and transformed as well.

'Zoe's being forced to relive her past memories' Luka told them. 'I've tried playing my guitar for her but it doesn't seem to be helping' he said sadly.

'It's a good idea Luka' Ladybug replied. 'I think we just need a bit of help. And I know just the person who can. Hold the fort for me kitty!'

'With pleasure m'lady!' Cat Noir replied as Ladybug swung away.
