"SANIA!!! Wake up you sleepy head!" yelled my sister, Aneeqa.
"5 more minutes" I mumbled in my sleep.
The next thing I know, my sister pushed me off the bed!
"BAJIIIIIII!" I screamed, "Why did you do that?!"
"You wouldn't wake up so I basically helped you *blows a kiss*" she stated after she died laughing.
"I'm so happy you're going away from us! I'll be at peace!" I murmured
"I heard that! You wish..you'll never get rid of me!" she said.
"Well.....technically I can, but I won't cause then your fiancé will be very lonely" I dramatically said battling my lashes.
"Whatever" Baji said rolling her eyes.
Even though Baji and I fight numerous times in a day, we still love each other to death. She's my best friend and I'm hers.
Here are few things about me! Hi! I'm Sania Enami and I am a 24 year old, Pharmacist. Baji and I were born and raised in Chicago, Illinois while our background is from South Asia. In my free time, I love to go out with my friends and just enjoy my life.
Today is Baji's wedding and I'm super duper excited!!! I finally get to dress up and dance!! I've been practicing our dance since Baji got engaged. Her proposal was basic like others, arranged marriage. I want a cute love story. Well, as Baji always says, "Everything is destined".
As I got ready for Baji's wedding, I started recalling all the moments we shared. I'll miss her so much.
Sania get ready, you're gonna be shredding a lot of tears today! 😃
*Few hours later*
I finally finished getting ready!!! I got my makeup done by a professional because my sister insisted that we do.
I made my way to the venue to see how things are going.
"Oh wow! They did an amazing job!" I exclaimed!
"Sania" An familiar voice said
I turned around and saw Baji's MIL (mother-in-law).
"AsalaamWalikum aunty"
"WalekumAsalaam"
"You're here early, where's your mom?" She asked
"Oh she's coming with Baji. They'll be here soon!" I replied
"Ohh ok but Ma'Sha'Allah! You look really pretty!" Aunty complimented
"Thank you so much aunty!" I replied
I saw few of my relatives calling me so I excused myself and went to them.
*Few hours later*
Baji arrived and got her nikah done and now she is on the stage with her husband talking about something.
Bro what do they even talk about on the stage alone? I'm actually really curious.
"Sania! Can you please come here" my mom motioned me towards her
"Can you please get my medicines from the car, I forgot to bring them with me" my mom told me
"Yeah of course! I'll get it right now!" I said and rushed out
I grabbed the medicines from the car and rushed inside and boom!
"*gasp*" I closed my eyes and a strong pair of arms saved me from falling
I had my eyes tightly shut and when I felt nothing but an arm around my waist I opened my eyes aaaaaand saw the MOST handsome man alive.
Sania!!! Get back to your senses. You need to give mamma her medicine!!!
I realized what was happening so I got out of his hold and thanked him.
As I was leaving the end of my dupatta got stuck on to his sleeve and I was held back. A song randomly started playing in the background as I was freeing my dupatta from his sleeve.

I looked up and my heart skipped a whole beat. I can't believe what's happening to me. I didn't even realize when my dupatta was free. The music stopped and I regained my senses; I ran away from there cause I can't embarrass myself anymore.
Why!
Why?!
JUST WHY?!
Why me?!
I just went to get my moms medication but this whole Bollywood scenario happened out of nowhere. Forget it, Sania. Don't let that get in your mind! No one saw it and pretend it was a dream. There's someone waiting for you and it's not him. Don't catch feelings for someone you'll never meet again.
I calmed myself down as I walked towards my mom and handed her the medications.
"Sania? Are you okay?"
"Yeah. I'm good, I'm just out of breath cause I ran"
"Umm..okay?" My mom looked at me suspiciously
"Sania" A voice came from the back
