Diluc wanted to take care of you but since he had to deal with his workload, he made a quick run to the convenience store and just grabbed whatever food you were allowed to eat whenever you're sick. Diluc assigned the maids to take care of you. When he was done working, he took over the maids' job and would take care of you until you're better.
