You knew how much unforgivable things, Scaramouche has done yet you still saved him from getting killed by a car. After the incident, Scaramouche still ponders why you saved him. He knew it was because you loved him but who couldn't understand why. This drove him crazy.
You showed him affection, but he thought you were looking down on him. He thought your love was just fake because you wanted to take advantage of him. Scaramouche still regrets how he was never able to return the love of the only person who will ever appreciate him for who he is.

Getting sick

Scaramouche didn't care much when you got a fever, as he knew that it would go away in about 2 days. But when it lasted longer he started becoming worried for you. Your temperature didn't lower much, once it lowered it suddenly went up again. Scaramouche decided to buy you rare medicines that costed a lot but he didn't care. After that, your fever left and you were able to finally meet Scaramouche without him getting cautious about him getting infected. He doesn't want to admit he was worried about you because it'll make him look weak.
