Jennie's POV
"How will you explain this to me Jennie? We lost 45 million pesos this month! And we will pay for penalties! Are you still doing your job right?!" Mr. President is as angry as hell again.
"I'm sorry sir, I will make up-
"That's also what you said last month! This is very frustrating Jennie! I trusted that position to you because I thought you're as capable as Lisa! Can someone be as competitive as her here?!"
Wendy silently holds my hand.
"Mr. President, don't worry too much. I'll be handling them for a while." I averted my gaze to Rosé.
And so her Dad sighed.
"If this is still the case next month, then I don't know anymore." And so he walked out the VIP meeting room.
"You okay?" Rosé asked sweetly.
It's just me and her left inside the room.
"Your Dad is heartless sometimes." I whispered.
She chukled.
"I know right? Things will get better soon. Just arrange a meeting with me and your new plant managers." Oh I forgot.
She's my boss now.
"Yes, Ma'am." I jokingly said.
We're friends now actually, Rosé also knows the truth.
She actually stop me that night.

Flashback
"What?! You're going to marry him?! Are you crazy?! How about Lisa? How about her!" She said loudly.
I was packing up my things.
"T-This is for her, this is my only way to save her." I said in tears.
"Jennie you will kill her more than ten times! What if she wakes up and know about your marriage?! You will hurt her for sure!" She insisted.
"T-This is fucking killing me Rosé, but will I just let her die knowing there is a chance for her to survive?!" I loudly said.
She sighed.
"I just hope you're doing the right decision."
"How can you think of marrying another person?" Irene asked in her cold voice.
"I have my reasons."
"And that reasons will kill her even more, I trusted her to you. I told you to love her, to care for her. You only waited three years Jennie, and so what? You're giving up now?" A deep pain in her eyes was seen.
"Do you even have any idea how I'm dying inside now? How I wanted to stay on her side until she opens her eyes again? But what if by just doing that, she will one day leave me for real?"
"And so you're the one leaving her?" She asked.
"If this is the only way for her to live, then why not?" I bite my lips.
My knees feels so weak now.
"Why did I ever let her go for you? You don't deserve her." And so she left me.
Left me crying.
I don't want to go.
I don't want to leave her.
