Jennie's POV

I was staring at her again.

To Lisa who's now busy working again at her office.

I can't take my eyes off her.

"Hey, aren't you tired staring at her?!" I didn't notice Wendy's here already.

I rolled my eyes to her.

"Will you please go back to your work and don't mind me?" I sarcastically said.

"Duh! It's 7 pm already Ma'am just so you know, aren't you going home again?" And so I looked at my watch.

Damn, it's 7 pm already.

"You can go, I'll follow." I said then went back to my laptop to type something though I'm just faking it.

I'm out of focus to be honest.

"You're not good at acting, if I know you will just wait until that beautiful lady in your front office stands up to go home too." She teased me.

I glared at her.

She then laughed.

"Okay, I'm leaving." She said then leave my office.

I averted my eyes to Lisa again.

She's still on her laptop.

I was just staring at her when she gets up.

Maybe she's preparing to go home.

I then fake myself in typing something.

I don't want her to catch me staring at her again.

When I took a glance at her, she's gone.

Did she leave?

I sighed.

She's not talking to me.

Maybe what happened to us means nothing to her.

I prepared myself to leave too.

But I heard someone in the kitchen when I was about to leave.

There I saw her cooking something.

"Aren't you going home?" I asked her.

She averted her gaze to me.

"I only have a house, I don't have a home. You destroyed it remember?" She answered.

Her expression less answer that's piercing my heart.

"What's the point of going there if I can stay here? Lots of work to do too." She added.

"You don't have to answer that way." I said in my soft voice.

I think any minute now I can cry.

"I'm only stating a fact." She whispered.

"No, you're not. You don't get it Lisa, you don't understand everything. You can't understand that what I did was—

"Was to hurt me, was to kill me more, can you just stop? Because it was all clear to me. Just fucking go Jennie, I don't want to talk to you right now." She cut off my words.

"Then what about that night we shared? Does it means nothing to you too? I felt it Lisa, I felt your love. I felt the old you—

"Stop with that old me! I'm not that old pathetic me Jennie! I will never be that fooled old me! That night was nothing to me, it was just a plain sex with you. If you think there's love in it then your just hallucinating! So please, just fucking leave me alone." She's really cold.
