Chapter 5

Sid came back to the mansion. He saw Abhi standing at the entrance in so much anger and he was lashing out on the guards. Abhi saw sid parking the car and coming inside.

Abhi: Sid where is that girl…

Sid: with her father..

Abhi: what u returned her to her father…sid are u mad…we need that girl for making the commissioner to withdraw the shooting order…

Sid: i don’t know about that dada…but she is safe now with her father..

Abhi: sid why are u not understanding we want that girl….( Turning to Rohan) get her again now…

Sid: don’t u dare to touch her again …he said looking at Rohan.

Abhi: why are u doing this siddharth….don’t interfere in my business..

Sid: wow dada…first I was ashu to u..then I became sid now it’s siddharth…he said clapping his sarcastcally..

Abhi: sid I am warning u…don’t interfere ..

Sid: I will….because I want my dada back..not this gangster who kills people and I will not stop till u stop all this stupid things..

Abhi: shut up siddharth….he said slapped him tightly startling everyone.

Abhi: how dare u to talk to me like this…see this is my life and I will live like this only…just get lost from here if u can’t digest these things….he said and left the mansion in anger leaving siddharth who was just looking at his brother who have raised his hands for the first time in his life.

Tears didn’t stop from his eyes. He saw everyone looking at him with pity. He wiped his tears and slowly went out.

Time Passed and it was 10 at night.

Abhi came home and he was looking happy as the news was telecasting that commissioner has withdrawn the shooting order. But abhi was confused that how the commissioner withdrew it even after getting his daughter back before he could threat him. He remembered sid went to the commissioner. So he decided to ask him went to his room. But the room was empty…he asked vaishu and was shocked that sid didn’t came home after he went out in the afternoon. He also remembered he slapped him for the first time in his life time.

AT PRESENT.

It was still raining. A cat was looking for shelter to sleep as it was so cold. It ran to bus stop and found a place to sleep. It nudged to the place and lay down curling itself into a ball leaning onto the figure sitting. That was boy who was sitting in so much of pain in his mind and heart. He saw the cat and took it in his hand.

Boy: what happened….why are u alone in this night…did ur brother also slapped u or what…he asked the cat which was looking straight in his eyes.

(Everyone must have came to know that’s sid )

Sid: why Dada..u said u took the gun to protect ur family..but today that same gun turned on to me…u slapped me today…u haven’t even scolded me for once in our life even the mistake is mine..but today…no Dada…u are not my that brother who used to take care of me..who used to make me happy..who used to do anything for me..but today…I wish we could become like once we were brothers…true brothers with love and care only….he said letting out another tear to roll down from his eyes.

When he was drowned in his own thoughts a car passed him by but after few seconds the car came in reverse and stopped before him….
