*Recap*
"It's been some time, hasn't it Kari."
*End Recap*
"Hela. What a wonderful surprise. I'm amazed that you were able to get in here without anyone seeing you."
"I have my ways. You seem to be having issues yourself."
"I am. It's your brother."
She sighed. "When isn't it Loki? Always causing some type of mischief, the little one."
"Well he is the God of Mischief."
"And you yourself are the God of War."
"Not that anyone knows about that. And not that I want anyone to know."
"They're going to find out eventually. Especially when Ragnarok comes around."
I chuckled. "You say that like I'm gonna help you with Ragnarok."
"Oh Kari, you will help me whether you like it or not. It's in your destiny. Your mother would be so proud of you for what you are to become."
"My mother wouldn't have wanted me to become a sinner, a derivative of evil. She wanted better than that for me. That's why she left me with Dad."
"Kari, I see your mother daily. I know what she wants for you."
"She wouldn't want me to follow in her footsteps. That's the shit that got her killed and sent to Valhalla. I know better than that Hela, and you know it."
Loki's POV
I walked to Kyle's room hoping that he would be up to talking. I wanted him to feel loved but I guess I crossed the line. I'm hoping that by talking to him, I can find out where that line is.
I walked up to his room and was about to knock on the door when I heard an interesting conversation.
"Kari, I see your mother daily. I know what she wants for you."
"She wouldn't want me to follow in her footsteps. That's the shit that got her killed and sent to Valhalla. I know better than that Hela, and you know it."
Kari? As in Kari, God of War? Why would Hela call Kyle, Kari and why would she even be here in the first place? At this point I didn't care about Kyle's personal space. I needed to see why my sister was here.
I busted into the room. Kyle turned around and I saw Hela behind him. "Loki, I thought I told you to leave me alone."
"I did, for a few hours. But now I want to know why my sister is here."
"Does it really matter that much why she's here? You really should leave me alone. There's a reason why I'm not on most missions. My emotions get the best of me, and then people get hurt. You're about to be that person who gets hurt if you don't leave me the fuck alone."
Kyle's POV
I was beyond livid. Luckly, Bucky interrupted my steam session. "Hey, Ky, your dad wanted me to let you know that dinner was ready."
"Thanks Buck. I'll be down there in a sec."
He nodded before leaving.
"We'll continue talking later, Hela."
"You better be keeping your word Kari."
"I always do." She nodded and left. I turned to Loki. "You tell no one about this, you hear me?"
"I'm not afraid of you. I am a God after all." I rolled my eyes as I walked past Loki and to the kitchen.
Loki's POV
*Time Skip*
Once Kyle had left the table, I turned to Thor. "Brother, do you know anything about Kari, the God of War?"
"If I remember correctly, he died years ago and there hasn't been another Kari since."
"That can't be true."
"It is, but why do you ask Loki?"
"Because of something I heard Hela say."
