It had been 4 days since school started and it was finally Friday, which meant it was the first football game of the year! Me, Ivy, and Sierra were getting ready for the game at my house because it was closer to the school. "We should have a sleepover at my house tonight" Sierra suggested "ok bet" Ivy agreed "Yea let me go ask".
As soon as I walked out of my room Alex walked out of his, we made eye contact then just carried on with what we were doing, we both walked down the stairs "MOM!" we both called at the same time we both looked at each other until mom answer "what" she said once she got over to us, "Can I stay the night at Sierras" "Can I stay the night at Logans" we both said at the same time, "Do you have to follow me everywhere" I asked Alex knowing that Logan and Sierra where neighbors, "I am not following you!" Alex said defending himself, "Fine you can both go to Sierra and Logans just don't cause trouble" mom answered.
I went back up to my room to tell Sierra my mom said I could. We then started to change into our red and black cheer uniforms with the words RHHS (Rock Hill High School) in the middle of the top. I curled my hair and put it in a half up half down style with my cheer bow, Sierra did a low ponytail and put her cheer bow in, and Ivy did a high ponytail with her cheer bow as well. We all did our makeup then did face paint with Red and Black dots going across our faces.

After my mom dropped us off at the football game, Alex and dad went to the field to practice a little bit before while me, Ivy, and Sierra went to practice for a little bit.
Alex Pov:
Once I got to the field dad made us run. After running I went over to my best friends, Zack and Logan, to talk about the sleep over, "The girls are having a sleepover at Sierras tonight, Avery literally follows me everywhere" Logan just laughed while Zack wasn't even paying attention. I slapped Zack on the back of the head and said "Who the fuck are you staring at" I then looked over and saw the cheerleaders walking out of the gym, "Do you have a crush on your mom or something?" I jokingly said making Zack give me the side eye "This just go weird" Logan said. "Sorry I just have my mind on something... or someone" Zack said, all this mystery solving is making my brain hurt so I just walked away.
I was on the sidelines talking to the freshman I saw on the first day of school, if I had to be honest, I have no idea what her name is, but she seems to be interested in me so it didn't matter. Everything was going well until Sierra had to ruin it... AGAIN. She came over and slapped my forehead and said "Games about to start get your ass over to the field and stay there" "Uh Sierra you chased my girl away!" "Go now" Sierra said then walked away, "Ok 'mom'" I called after her causing her to give me the finger. Sierra always acts like the mom of the group; she always keeps everyone in line.
The game was now over and we won, and of course I made the final touchdown. Ivy then came over to me and congratulated me "Thanks Ivy" "I'm not going to give you all the credit though because the other team sucked ass so don't get cocky about it" Ivy said "Come on, admit it I'm good at football, I know you want too" "Oh really, prove it at the next game" Ivy said while smirking "Ok bet" I said. I walked away thinking about Ivy, I feel different about her, I don't know why, we have been best friends forever.
