(A) well I was a highschool graduate, went to Baylor College for four years to become a doctor and graduated with a degree in medical
(J) that's awesome
(A) I'm only twenty five right now but my life is going alright, my friends at the time wouldn't believe me that I wanted to become a doctor until I proved it to them and now they don't stop asking me doctor type questions
(J) do your friends know your gay?
(A) yeah they knew in the end of highschool I had come out to all of them, they'd never expect to have a gay doctor but here I am, coming out to your friends is way easier than coming out to family because they also wouldn't judge you as much as your family would
(J) you're right, my friends know but none of my family do after all I did tell you at the hospital that none of them knew
(A) yes I remember you telling me, before my offer for us to go spend the night expressing ourselves and our sexuality
(J) is it alright if I invite a few friends?
(A) of course it is I'd be happy to have them there as well
