Chapter 8: Stupid...and Awesome

"Alright everyone, who's up for some movies!" You announced as the girls were close to completely done with their food, their reactions varied but all positive once you came to word. "Now get seated while I set up the movie."

You drove the trolley tv back from the corner, smiling as you picked a movie you only found fitting for the audience, one about a witch with a red bow and delivery service. Just as you were about to insert the disc loud rumbling from behind made you turn.

"Hey get off me!" Amanda shouted as she tried to shake an angry Akko off, kneeing Lotte in the process.
"But I wanna sit there!" Whined Akko, losing grip on her stick as it flew into Barbara's face who shoved Sucy away as she angrily made her way to Akko, earning Sucy's scorn as her potion almost fell.

"C-Calm down kids, this is the opposite of orderly!" But the girls did little to listen to your words, the violence continuing to escalate until...

"THAT IS QUITE ENOUGH!" Diana shouted with a magical megaphone, breaking the fight thanks to her booming voice.

She made the megaphone disappear. "You should all be ashamed of yourselves, the teacher asked you to sit in place, not start a fight." Scolded Diana, her young voice carrying an impressive effect.

Akko however had her revolutionary fervor return. "I was only defending my spot, and who are you to act like you're the teacher?"
"Defend? You mean steal from me!" Amanda spat out before Diana could talk, the fight started to resume until you spoke out.

"Diana's right, look if you guys are going to fight over the littlest of things we might as well watch nothing." Instantly the children stopped any continuation of the conflict.

"No!" They all yelled, even Diana broke out of her pose to yell along.
"It's ok, just try to be nice when you try to find a spot." Finally, the children seemed to heed your authority, way more peacefully trying to find a spot and going into a discussion when conflict would arise.

...very long discussions.

"Teacher." Diana's voice squeaked. "Could you help me with getting everyone a place? The solution is quite simple." And surprisingly it was, as soon as you gave the ok Diana was quick to organize the class into an orderly and satisfied setting for all.

"And here Jasminka will sit, would you mi-" Diana cut off her own words. "Where is Jasminka?" Just as you were about to be shot into another frenzy search Jasminka's sing-song voice ran through the room.

"Here!" She carried with her all kinds of snacks, mostly popcorn as Jasminka catered to everyone around the room-even you.

Once done both Jasminka and Diana sat on their respective spots, with a relieved sigh you put the movie into the player as your rest could finally, finally start.

Jokes on you, halfway into the movie Akko sneaked out of the darkly lit room (an aesthetic Lotte found crucial), you only noticing her disappearance once the door let out an almost barely noticeable click.

Quietly leaving the classroom you spotted Akko just as she rounded the corner, you gave chase with a brisk pace as to not draw any attention.

Even if she didn't know of you trailing behind her Akko was surprisingly nimble, moving briefly through Luna Nova and almost making you lose her a few times. Finally, you caught up to her, catching her by the collar just as she was about to enter the principal's office, the voices coming out of it making you know it was filled with the teachers.

"Hey-" You covered Akko's mouth before she could make a commotion, trying to walk back towards your classroom while Akko continued to trash in your grip. For a moment she stopped, only to start licking your hand, you immediately let go at the appalling action.
