Chapter 61

Shen Du was on the plane the next morning. It was too early to go out before dawn, so he didn't plan to tell Xu Baoru at all.

However, the next morning, it was dawning. When he came out of the house, he saw Xu Baoru standing outside his yard waiting for him.

Xu Baoru was wearing a thick down jacket, cute gloves and hats. She had been waiting outside for a few minutes. When she saw Shen Du coming out of the house, she immediately smiled and waved to him happily, "Shen Du!"

It was very cold in winter morning. Shen Du watched Xu Baoru stand outside waiting for him. His eyebrows immediately frowned. He quickly walked out of the yard, pulled the door open, took Xu Baoru's hand, frowned and asked, "When did you come? How long have you been waiting?"

Xu Baoru looked at Shen Du and smiled, saying, "It didn't take long for me to come out."

Shen Du looked at Xu Baoru's little face which was flushed by the morning cold and suddenly felt very sad. He raised her hand and touched it, and it was really cold.

He couldn't help frowning, looking at Xu Baoru, and saying, "What are you doing out on such a cold day?"

Xu Baoru took Shen Du's hand, looked at him, and said seriously, "I want to see you off."

"So you waited outside early in the morning just to see me off?" Shen Du looked at Xu Baoru, and his eyes surged. Early in the morning, his heart was stirred upside down by Xu Baoru.

He claimed to be calm, but Xu Baoru had the ability where one word and one look from her could hook him and he can't extricate himself.

Xu Baoru nodded obediently. She looked at Shen Du and said, "Shen Du, it's strange. Obviously, we only separated for two or three days, but I can't bear to part with you. I must be too dependent on you. I slept alone last night and couldn't sleep. Shen Du, what do you think I should do? I don't seem to be able to do anything without you. I like you so much."

Xu Baoru looked at Shen Du and said these words with slightly red eyes.

She had insomnia last night and lay in bed thinking about the dribs and drabs of her and Shen Du over the past few years. In fact, she seldom thinks about it, but when she thinks seriously, she finds how much Shen Du likes her and how kind she is to her.

Although he is cool occasionally and refuses to admit that he really likes her, she usually has a slight cough and cold, or something uncomfortable. He is more nervous than anyone else. Although he often scolds her as a little fool with a smile, he only has that spoiled look when he looks at her.

She knew that Shen Du really liked her. Even the friends around him know that Shen Du really likes her and indulges her very much.

Xu Baoru looked at Shen Du and said seriously, "Shen Du, I couldn't sleep because you weren't here last night. I think of a lot of memories of us together, and I feel so happy."

Shen Du looked at Xu Baoru, and the throat knot rolled slightly. He looked at her and whispered, "Xu Baoru, confess to me early in the morning. You don't want me to leave, do you?"

Xu Baoru smiled, "No way. I'm here to see you off."

Shen Du looked at Xu Baoru for a while, but still couldn't help stretching out his hand to bring her into his arms. He didn't say anything, just held Xu Baoru in his arms and was reluctant to let go.

He's really done. He must have owed Xu Baoru a lot in his last life, so he loved her so much in his life that he couldn't extricate himself.

It's not that Xu Baoru can't do without him, but that he can't live without her.
