Living a normal life was now impossible to Lily after being kidnapped by the tatters. She was stolen off of the boat that was supposed to take her to England to study from the White Sea after visiting her family that lived in Egypt because of her fa...
"It's time, Hundi" I turned to my loyal Kalfa. She grinned and turned to Halil who held out a letter showing it to me.
"Come on then" I walked out of my room. The two followed me out of my room and down the harem. I gulped as we walked down the golden road where Bali Bey was standing in front of the door.
"Inform the Sultan that I need to speak with him, it's very argent" Bali Bey bowed and walked into the room. He looked confused but didn't question me. I turned to Halil and Hundi who gave me encouraging smiles before Bali Bey walked out and held the doors open for me. I walked into the room with Halil and Hundi.

"What is it, Qamar?" Suleiman asked. He was sitting on his couch with a lot of paperwork around him. He was busy but I didn't have any more time I fear that Sahihuban will hurt my sisters.
"I have something to show you" I answered holding out my hand to Halil. He handed me the letter and I held it out to Suleiman who took it from me and unrolled it with a frown on his face.

"What is this?" Suleiman jumped up from the couch and paced to the other side of his room. I nodded at my servants behind me and the two bowed before leaving the chamber. I felt even more afraid when I saw the thunderous look on Suleiman's face
"This is a letter from Leo to his lover Alexandra or Hürrem" I answered walking closer to Suleiman. His hands fell to his sides. The letter fell to the floor as his face morphed into a pained expression.
"Qamar, do you understand what you are saying? If you are lying it is considered treason" Suleiman hissed. I walked closer to him and bent down to pick the letter from the floor and stood back up to face him. The hurt look in his eyes broke my heart. He looked broken.
"This letter is real. When Leo was here he came searching for his fiancé Alexandra but found Hürrem instead. She used to message him in secret, I discovered that from Nigar Kalfa who was a victim of their infidelity, she thought Hürrem sultan was thanking Leo for helping us when we got attacked" I held the letter up to Suleiman. He took it from me and read it over and over again. His eyes were glistening with unshed tears that I knew he will force back to not show any fear in front of me.
"I will leave you to think about this and decide what to do" I placed a kiss on his cheek before I turned around and walked out of the room. I took a deep breath to calm my nerves.
"How did it go?" Hundi asked as we started making our way to the harem. I turned to look at her feeling like it was not very smart to speak of such matter in the middle of the corridor.
"Not now" I hissed. We continued making our way to my room making sure to not be suspicious as we passed through the harem.
"Baba decided that Bali Bey should be the one to train me from now on," Osman said excitedly. I smiled and patted his cheek as he took a bite of his food.
"That is amazing darling, I promise that if you learn how to sword fight and if you defeat Bali Bey no matter how long it takes I will buy you a horse" I promised. Osman's eyes widened with excitement. I chuckled as he turned to look at Abdullah and Ayse as a way to make sure he heard right.
"Really?" Osman asked excitedly. I smiled patting his head softly. I nodded my head with a smile making him squeal.

"I'm going to tell Mustafa" Osman jumped up and ran out of the room before I could stop him. My smile vanished at the mention of my stepson.
"Continue eating your dinner, darling" I ruffled Abdullah's hair. The eleven years old giggled and continued eating his dinner.
Suddenly loud voices and screaming from the outside of the room. I gulped already knowing what this commotion could be. I turned to look at Hundi who bowed and left to see what was happening.
"What's going on, mommy?" Ayse asked looking at me with big eyes.
"Nothing darling, it's probably some of the maids fighting, ignore them they will get punished" I patted her back. She sighed and turned to eat. I stood up and walked to the other side of the room and waited. Eventually, the screaming stopped and silence filled its place. Hundi walked back into the room with a smile on her face.
"What happened?" I asked. She walked over to me and leaned closer to whisper.
"Hürrem sultan was taken to the dungeons by the order of the Sultan" Hundi answered. I nodded and signaled for her to leave the room.
"What did Hürrem do? I mean my brother the sultan married her from how much he loved her but then suddenly he threw her in the dungeon" Hatice sultan turned to look at the Valide sultan who smirked.
"You should ask Qamar not me, she's the one who saw the sultan last before he flipped out," the valide said nodding in my direction. Mahidevran, Gulfem and Hatice all turned to look at me confused.
"I merely opened his eyes and showed him how much of a snake she is" I answered. I fidgeted with my fingers feeling nervous under their gazes. I could only hope no one knew that I hid this letter for so many years instead of showing it the second it reached my hands.
"I thought you two were friends?" The valide raised her eyebrow. I turned to look at her and noticed the suspicious look in her eyes and the way she enjoyed making me squirm nervously.
"She is no one's friend. All she knows how to do is stab people in the back for her own gain" I answered. I raised my cup to my lips and took a gulp of juice.
