Taka POV

My name is Kiyotaka Ishimaru.

I am the son of a Women Pirate who was extremely independent until she met my Father.

A man who used and abused someone who obviously didn't know anything other then 'Fight','Steal','Stay alive'.

He was abusive to her from the start. While she went long journeys to make deals with other Pirates to come to his side. While he lay around in his own fortune that was given to him at a young age by his parents.

It was a 'love' between a Pirate and a Prince. And here I came along.

Everyone knew my mother, so when they heard she was pregnant they all came to celebrate. And with a baby on the way, the Prince needed to cut out his attitude for one night. But he failed.

All the Pirates present knew she was a victim to a man who was taking advantage of her innocents. A small war broke out and she was taken away from him.

All ties to the Pirates and the kingdom broke. But they still kept me.

They say I look exactly like my father, but have my mother's personality. She died giving birth, and many were devastated. My family members resent me, blaming me for my mother's death.

But I know better. I know that if they truly loved my mom they wouldn't have made relations with my father, and saved her from ever falling for such a man. After my birth I was neglected, but then noticed for acting very similar to my mother.

Same smile, same likes, same dislikes, same 6th sense to knowing that there's cury tonight, same relation to how much we love the sea.

At that point it would be like she was still alive, if it wasn't for my looks being so close to my fathers. After word got around and reached the kingdom some drama happened.

I was my father's first and only child. For some reason he was incable of having anymore kids after me. They met a specialist and they said he was infertile. Some questioned if my mother was even pregnant with the kings son. So they never approached me until I had gotten older around 17-18 and I had an incredible resemblance to him. Not to metion red eyes and blue berry hair are not to often to come across.

I was only then reminded to them I exist when a merchant told my father of a boy looking rather similar to himself.

They investigated, and then some of the Pirates were told to ask why I was hiding the crown prince.

They told the truth of his abuse and of my rightful place with them since it was my mothers will, a Pirates will is always very important to other Pirates.

So they made a deal.

Due to the Pirates easily having information that could ruin the Emperor. They decided to share me.

The Pirates would have me for a certain amount of months, and so would the Emperor.

The time with the Pirates was warm, but I knew they only saw me as a replacement for my mom so it sucked. The same could be said about my time in the kingdom. I would have to learn the Imperial language along with other politics that made no sense!

I somehow would survive each useless lesson. And etiquette. I hated etiquette.

And the social circles, tea parties, noble gatherings, meetings it's all to stressful.

And when I heard I was next in line for the Throne? Fuck that.

Yeah the food was good and sweets.
