Chapter 2

Marinette wasn't listening, no words nor actions could get her attention. Alya watched as the butterfly flew into the lucky charm she was holding.

“Alya I have a bad feeling about this, she is too overwhelmed to fight it, you have to take the earrings and Miracle Box now!”

“I can't Tikki, I'm not the guardian.”

“We don't have a choice she will give them to him as well as the Miracle Box!”

Alya moved quickly grabbing the Earrings from Marinette and the Miracle Box. She put the earrings on so Tikki would stay by her side hiding with Trixx. She ran down the stairs leaving out the back door running to another nearby ally.

“Tikki, what do we do now?” Alya was shaking her best friend and the only person that could stop an Akuma was being akumatized at this exact moment, “She will know it is me that took the earrings cause I am the only person that knows.”

After a few moments of  silence Tikki knew what had to happen. “We need to find Chat Noir”

“Tikki, he could be anywhere. How are we supposed to find him?”

“We don't have a choice, it seems history is repeating itself in the wrong way!” Alya had never heard Tikki so angry before. “Chat Noir must know the truth, all of it.”

“Okay so where do we go?”

“To find Adrien Agreste”

Alya’s face showed complete shock with the words that came out of her mouth, she was about to reply but the distant screams began. She knew they only had a little amount of time.

“Trixx Let’s Pounce.”
-------------------------------------------------
“Camembert Adriennnnn pleaseeeeee”

“Okay plagg” Adrien laughs, he has just gotten home from fencing and Chinese was canceled for the day. “Here you go Plagg” he hands a piece of Camembert to Plagg.

“Yes!”

Adrien had a long day and went to lay in his bed to think about everything. He was shocked by Ladybugs reactions today. He hasn't seen her that upset ever, he was going to run after her but he was too angry and felt things would only escalate. He still can't understand what she meant by “Not again”. She seemed really scared, he felt bad for lashing out at her. He should have acted better.

‘Hopefully she wont get akumatized, no she wouldn't she's Ladybug.’

He was too busy in his thoughts to realize that a purple fox and a red kawmi were standing in his window.

“Adrien Agreste, we need to talk.” Rena Furtive said as Tikki flew over to Plagg crying and crashing into him for a hug.

“Sugarcube?” Returning the embrace, “What’s wrong, where is Ladybug?”

“Alya? What's going on?” Adrien said, running over to her, “Why do you have the Miracle box?”

“I uhh, how did you know it was me?”

“Nino told me.”

“I see, we don't have time for that, we have a problem.”

“Wait, how did you even find me? Did you know I was Chat Noir?”

“I brought her here,” Tikki said, flying over to him. “Adrien secret identities are important but we have a problem. Ladybug has been akumatized.”

“What! How did this happen, its my fault isn't it”

“Let’s Rest” Alya said, taking down her transformation, “Listen Adruen she would have never wanted you to find out this way but I can assure you it is not your fault. She has experienced trauma and stress and it finally got to her.” Bringing him into a hug, “ You are the only person that can help her now, she knows who I am and she will realize I took the box and the earrings.”

“But why-how-I” He broke down tears running down his face.
“Shhhh” Alya said, sitting him down on the couch and holding his hand.

“Listen Adrien I am going to tell you who she is and I know you are the only person that can help her cause she loves you, inside and outside the mask. As a friend, lover, and partner.”

*sniff* “She does?” looking up at Alya
“More than anything in this world”

“Tikki, is it okay to know?” Looking over a the two kwamis

“Adrien this event should bring you two closer together and in this situation we need both of you, so yes it is okay.” giving him a reassuring smile.

“Okay, who is Alya, who is My Lady?”

She takes a deep breath, “Marinette Dupain-Cheng”
