Luke was sitting at the bus stop, waiting for the bus. Elliot walked over to him and sat next to him. "You know the bus left like- an hour ago, right?" he asked, shivering from the cold. Luke looked at him and rolled his eyes. "Again?" He asked. He took off his hoodie and gave it to Elliot. He thanked the taller male and put on the hoodie. "Want me to drive you?" Elliot asked softly. Luke looked at him again, his brown hair soaked from the rain, and his green eyes, seemingly lifeless as always. "I guess.." He said, taking the younger males features in.

Once the two arrived at their school, Luke hugged Elliot and thanked him. "Hey, you.. want your hoodie back?" Elliot asked softly. Luke shook his head. Elliot nodded and got outta the car, followed by Luke. The two boys walked into the building of hell side-by-side. Everyone assumed they were dating or at least gay because of how close the two were. People teased them and joked about them, even going as far as spreading rumors of the two. They're just jealous because everyone there are rats and snakes and hard to be close with. Or that's what the boys told themselves.

'This school sucks ass' Luke thought. He was in class, the teacher looked at the teens face and rolled his eyes. "Got somethin' to say, Mr. Birch?" He said in his dull, sad voice, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, this school fucking sucks, teach. How's the Mrs by the way?" He asked smugly. "Just. Fine." He said sternly. Truth be told the poor old man got divorced last month and Luke found out. He even lost custody of his kids because of the alcohol issues. Luke, being the dick that he is likes to tease him about it.

Elliot on the other hand was a sweetheart and helped the teachers to feel better, or just help them in general. Mr. Woods, the man who go divorced, was Elliot's favorite teacher. Usually Mr. Woods called Elliot in to get Luke in check or bring him to the principals office. That being said, Elliot was walking to Mr. Woods' class to get Luke. "C'mon Luke, let's go" He said dully. Luke got his stuff and walked with Elliot.

"Dude you sound more lifeless than usual, you okay?" He asked. "Yes, I'm fine." He said emotionlessly. Luke put his arm around Elliot's shoulder. "Hey, why don't we ditch this hellhole?" He asked confidently, already knowing his best friend would say yes. "I don't think that would be a good idea, Luke." He said straightforwardly. "What? Why?" "My dad won't be to happy if he finds out I've been missing more classes, Luke." He said, shivering at the memory of what happened when he missed class last time.

"Dude, you need to call the cops on that old shitbag." Luke said matter-of-factly. "Luke he's the only one who can take care of me until I'm 18, you know that" "Live with me! Or Susan!" "I'm not living with my dads ex-fucking-girlfriend!" Elliot said, clearly getting angry. "Dude.. why are your eyes glowing?"..
