Karl looked at the two feeling accomplished.
"Dream it's George"
Karl could tell George felt so happy to see dream in person,
But dream not so much.
Dream looked sad and almost even scared.
"George? You shouldn't be here"
George paused, ready to argue with dream.
He took a deep breath and began.
"Dream, you said we couldn't talk to each other because we lived in different times, hence "flowers from 1970 could never last that long" - a quote that brought tears to everyone's eyes - but now that I am in 1970 the argument from you is pointless and just overbearing."
Dream looked at Karl and back at George.
"How did you guys get here?"
Karl winced and backed up as George smacked dream across the face.
"You can't just ignore me! Also, it's irrelevant how we got here! What matters is that I'm here!"
Dream stared at George longingly and hopelessly.
"I can and I will. Whatever it takes to make you move on"
Dream shut the door in George's face,
Locking his feelings in an impenetrable safe,
never to be opened again.
