ji-yeong was running to school because she was going to be late. she wasn't looking where she was going and she bumped into someone.

"i'm so sorry!! i didn't mean to---" "it's alright babygirl~" the man said as he looked at her. "uhm, sorry, i need to go. i'll be late for school.." "c'mon baby, we go to the same school, we can go together after a kiss~"

ji-yeong felt so uncomfortable. she really wanted to go away right now. at that moment, sang-woo came and saw them. he just came and took her hand. "leave her alone, asshole." he said as he walked away.

"ohh, baby thank god you helped---" "shut up ji-yeong, bet you're the one who started flirting with him." he said as he looked away from her. ji-yeong didn't know what to say on that, so she stayed silent.

after the class, sang-woo called his friends and started telling them what happened. "i bet she was the one who started it, like she does it with you, sae-byeok." he said.

"I SWEAR I DIDN'T---" "shut up ji-yeong, no one here believes you." he cutted her. sae-byeok was watching at them, trying not to hit sang-woo for his actions.

"actually, ji-yeong, i believe you." sae-byeok said in a calming tone. that made ji-yeong smile a bit, since she was about to cry earlier. sang-woo looked at sae-byeok in shock.

"sae-byeok. i wanna talk to you after school." he said and walked away. gi-hun ran after him as he just ignored the girls who were standing there.

after the school, sae-byeok said her goodbye to ji-yeong and waited for sang-woo. while she was waiting the rain started pouring from the sky.

"tch, it's raining. eh, i'll just wait for him here." she said. not so long after that, sang-woo came.

"oi, sae-byeok, come here. we need to have a little chat." "uh, may i know about what??". he just gave her a death stare.

"so, what's up sang---" she didn't get to finish when he punched her in the face. "WHAT THE FUCK BRO?!" "WHY DO YOU TRUST JI-YEONG THAT MUCH?! IT'S OBVIOUS SHE LIKED THAT JERK!"

then she punched him.

"WHY?! WHY DO YOU TRUST HER THAT MUCH?! SHE'S JUST A LIAR!" "call her that once again...i dare you..ASSHOLE."she started hitting him until he fell to the ground. he got up quickly and started repeating the same question over and over.

"you know sang-woo..when you love someone you trust them on whatever they say."

"y-you what?! DON'T YOU KNOW SHE'S MY GIRLFRIEND?! DON'T YOU DARE EVER TELL HER ABOUT THOSE DUMB FEELINGS..or we're ending this friendship."

she was shocked after those words. she wanted to scream so loud about it, she wanted to stop loving ji-yeong but she couldn't.

"DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD MYSELF THINGS LIKE "sae-byeok, she's taken by your best friend, you can't do that." BUT IT DID NOTHING!" she cried her eyes out as she slapped him.

"sae? baby? why tf are you fighting here?! it's raining, you'll catch a cold!"

"JI-YEONG?!" they both said in shock. "i thought you got home already..." sae-byeok said.

"geez sae, i wanted to, but i heard your voices. what were you talking about anyways?"

"nothing important, let's go." sang-woo said as he looked at sae-byeok.
