𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙 𝗬𝗘𝗧 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡 staring at the peculiar dark haired boy board the train. Except this time, you decided to stick by your word and really try to become close to your yet to be friend.
"I kept my gaze on you because I was wondering if you wanted to be.....friends."
You still couldn't believe how you were able to come up with a good response to Xiao's question on the spot. But it's not like you were lying, you truly did want to become closer to him. And the first thing you could do was at least sit beside him on the train ride to school. He was yet again engaged in whatever book he was reading, so engaged that he didn't notice you sliding in the free seat beside him until you lightly tapped him on the shoulder.
He gave you a quizzical look, as if he was about to ask why you switched seats.
"Goodmornig." you said in a quiet voice as you lightly waved to him. You were hoping the small smile on your face would give him a warm welcome.
He didn't say anything and resumed to reading his book. You sweat dropped. This was going to be harder than you thought.

You and Xiao walk to class together, or should you say, you followed behind Xiao to class. You were lost in thought thinking about how exactly you could get close to the dark haired boy. You didn't really have anything in common, not that you knew of. And not to mention the fact that he's not the most approachable person either.
You snapped out of your train of thought as you bump into something-- someone. You look to see a grumpy expression glaring at you. A shiver went down your spine. His golden eyes looking down on you, annoyance and aggression in them. He turned around to fully face you. Finally, for the first time this morning, he spoke to you.
"Why are you following me? Leave me alone."
really!?
"I meant what I said yesterday. I told you I want to be friends." You said with your head up. Not showing your nervousness under his gaze.
"Not to mention we're also in the same class."
He scoffed and walked away.

You did everything you could to try to get close to the closed off boy. But every time you tried to start a conversation, he would either ignore you or just tell you to leave him be. When you tried to ask questions, he gave one word answers and continued whatever he was doing. Though you were being very persistent, you were surprised that he didn't snap at you yet.
