Peter the pumpkin x reader who's afraid of the dark

          SLAM your friends had slammed the door "WAIT PLEASE ITS DARK IN HERE!" you yelled as tears started to flood your eyes. "ya gotta find a way out!" your one friend andy yelled. "Yeah!" your other friend Melody yelled out. you were sobbing as you exited the main barn part. "please let this be *hic* the *sob* exit...." sniffles.... hiccups.....and sobs.....had filled the area around you. you entered another part of the barn that looked like a haystack maze. "Hiya i'm Pe- hey! what's wrong?!" a person who had a pumpkin for a head had asked you. He was as tall as 3 doors stacked and 2 doors wide. you are 3/4 of a door tall and 1/2 of a door wide. He picked you up carefully as he saw you sobbing. "are you okay?" he asked in a soft voice. you wondered why he was being so nice."I-Im *sob*fine......." you couldn't see his head  nor body because of how dark it was. "you don't seem fine....." he hugged you gently, as to not hurt you. "it's okay. it may be-" he paused. "Are you afraid of the dark?" he asked concerningly. "m-mhmm...." you mumbled. Suddenly a light was placed next to you. you picked up the small light. "thank you sir." you said with a smile as you wiped a tear that fell. "wanna play tag?" he asked.  "Sure!"

           You spent forever in there until one day you and Peter were talking and your friends bursted in. "Y/N! YOURE HERE! THANK GOD! WEVE SPENT AGES LOOKING FOR YOU!" they harmonized. "who are you?" you asked. Peter held your hand as you guys walked over. "LET GO OF HER YOU STUPID PUMPKIN!" Felix yelled as Andy chopped his hand. "PETER! ARE YOU OKAY?!" you yelled out. you helped him up as your friends were crushed by haybales. you jumped back, startled begining to cry, you hugged peter and stayed there for a bit.
