Sunlight dipped through the curtains of Claire's bedroom, casting warm rays onto her delicate face, stirring her from her slumber. She wish she hadn't.
Her dream, her wonderful dream, had inevitably passed.
She threw away her rational thought and went with her feelings, failing to care about the consequences it would bring in the morning.

And now she was facing the consequences.

How could she face Jim at school today after what her mind conjured up? She'd completely lose her nerve around him. Claire could never look him straight in those eyes again, and that was really disappointing.
She took a deep breath and slowly rose from her bed. The house was quiet, and peaceful, which was a little odd. But checking her phone, she realized it was Saturday. Her parents were already at their respected jobs while her baby brother stayed with her neighbors. They made a deal so that Claire herself could rest today.
She let out a large sight of relief and collapsed back into bed. She didn't have to face Jim today, she cheered in her head.

But a part of her wanted to see him. I guess that's normal, but maybe a little creepy too.
The voice of her friend rang through her head.
Get a grip Claire-bear!
"Okay okay, I got it." She mumbled to herself, throwing off her covers and preparing for the day.

Jim

He stared at the milky colored troll for what felt like eternity, but in reality was only a fourth a minute.
Vendell wasted no time explaining. "The timeline has been tampered. We do not know how, or why, but the life you are living is not meant to be the life you are suppose to be in. If we knew what triggered this change, this would explain everything."
Blinks stepped in. "Master Vendell, while that is vital information, we have no ways of changing the timeline. What would we do from here?"
Vendell frowned a deeper one than what he already seem to wear most of the time. "We fix whatever we can. Hope is not lost," he paused to turn to Jim, who was looking visibly shaken. "Starting with you taking back your rightful place." Without warning, Vendell pushed the amulet into Jim's unsuspecting hands.

Once again, chaos erupted in Jim's mind.

Listen to him!

He is right!

Trollhunter, wear our name.

The timeline! The timeline!

James Lake.

But the voices stopped, and one remained.

A broken father carved a new beginning, but what Lake dealt was far from forgiving.
To hold back a pawn was a devious risk. Good intentions were though not amiss.
Two times split, the realities forged. Travel to the other to find what has transformed.
Merlin's magic, take his spear. Send him to sleep, comfort his fears.
Heed these allies, Emerald will guide you. Follow the green and you'll know two.
Shadowwielder
Camelot Apprentice
Warhammer

Good luck, Trollhunter.

Jim fainted to the stone, cold floor.

I know this is short, but I promise you that the next chapter will be an information overload. So I want to word it as easy as possible. That will take time.
I have a for sure way I want this story to go now (yes, I've been writing on a whim.) With my new phone, this can finally be accomplished.

Thank you guys for sticking around l, I'm so excited for the future.
