Miss Bustier claps her hands three times. "Alright, class! Settle down so I can read off the pairs for our mockumentary project."

"What's a mockumentary?" Adrien asks, his confusion to him spending almost his entire life homeschooled.

"It's like a fake documentary," Alya explains, using her reporter talents to use. "You interview people and get their opinions on such."

Their teacher nods, agreeing. "Correct, Alya. Once you're paired up with your partner, you'll spend your time interviewing other students, family, or even strangers. You'll pick a topic and base your questions on that."

"Ooh, can we interview superheroes?" Alya asks cheerfully. "I would love to interview Ladybug and Cat Noir! They're the best!"

Marinette and Adrien both look away, hiding a blush.

"Here are the pairs: Kim and Ivan. Max and Mylene. Alix and Nathaniel. Chloe and Sabrina. Rose and Alya. Marinette and Juleka. Adrien and Nino."

"What about Lila?" Rose questions. "We don't want to leave her out!"

"Actually—"

"I'm excused from the project!" Lila shouts, standing to get her classmate's attention. "I just recently found out I'm allergic to material the cameras were using are made of. If I even touch it, I'll break out! I could die!"

Marinette rolls her eyes.

Alya smiles at Lila. "It's okay, Lila. We understand."

Marinette smacks her head on the desk.

"Your projects are due on Friday," Miss Bustier explains as she passes out old recording cameras. "Please take good care of these. If you need help editing, you can come see me, or Max, who graciously offered his support."

The school bell rings and everyone starts to leave.

"Aye, we're on the project together!" Nino cheers and he and Adrien share their made-up handshake. "What should we do it about?"

"Well, now that Alya mentioned superheroes, it's stuck on my mind, so why don't we do ours on Ladybug and Cat Noir?" The model suggested. "We could find people who have been akumatized or have been saved by them and ask them to about their experience."

"That's good, Agreste," Nino agrees, nodding. "I'll put together a list of people to interview."

Adrien glances at Marinette talking with Juleka a few rows back. "I-I actually have a person in mind," He admits, scratching the back of his neck.

"That was fast. Who?"

"Marinette."

"Marinette? But she's never been akumatized. Did Ladybug ever give her a miraculous?"

Marinette looked so cute as Multimouse. Adrien goes to answer, but remembers his secret identity, and shrugs instead. "Who knows, but Cat Noir has saved her a couple times."

"True. Okay, let's do it. Where should we do the interview?"

"Why not here in the classroom?"

Nino stands. "Alright, I'll set up the camera on Miss Bustier's desk. You go ask Marinette."

A blush crept to his cheeks. A few days ago, he realized his feelings for Marinette had changed, and he's crushing on her, hard. He couldn't stop thinking about her and wanted to do everything in his power to see her.
