The next day Koko, Inui, and Akane made sure that she safely board in to the train.

"Thank you again Akane-san, Inui-kun, Koko-kun." She bowed a little then board in the train.

"Hai~ come again." She smile then wave her hand.

Mikaela sigh thinking about all the events that happened last night.

'It never did change. My past life's best friend also betrayed me.' Mikaela might not seems like it but she have trust issues. She night interact with someone but she still have trouble trusting whoever it is. But she trust her family most.

She was a Scorpio afterall. The saying about Scorpio's, they are indeed someone who trust people wholeheartedly. They may have trouble trusting someone but once they trust someone they'll put their trust on them. One more is loyalty. Though Mikaela is never loyal to someone but still can be trusted.

Walking inside their house casually she saw Emma and Mikey sleeping in the living room. Fixing the blanket for them to not get a cold.

She look at the clock hanging there to see it  pointing in 5:30 AM.

"I need to cook breakfast." She mutter. Going inside the kitchen to see her grandpa there reading his newspaper.

She gulp nervous. Thinking that her grandpa was mad because she didn't even call them that she'll be out overnight.

She stand there looking at her grandpa. She doesn't utter a thing waiting for her grandpa to rant about how late she got home. On how she should've have not come home anymore.

That was what always happen in her past life having a strict parents and all.

"What are you standing there for?" She look up to see her grandpa looking at her.

"Aren't you gonna cook breakfast?" She wanna cry.

"Y-you're not angry at me?" She ask her grandfather teary.

"Why should I be mad at you? Shin does this everytime, much worse than you." She cried. Hugging her grandfather making him surprise.

"I-I'm sorry next time I'll call you all first. I swear I'll never do this again." She cried hugging her grandfather. Her grandpa sigh.

"You know it's okay to rebel sometimes. It's okay to stay out, up until morning like Shin. It's okay to spend a large amount of money like Emma. And it's okay to slack off like Mikey." She cried even more. This was the first time she felt really free. No tight rules like in her past life.

She was free.

"Thank you." Not them knowing that Emma, Mikey, and Shinichiro was at the kitchen's door watching them.

"Even though she's moody. She's still the kindest among us." Shinichiro said watching the scene.

"Yeah."

"Agreed." Emma and Mikey agreed.

"So what really happened?" Shinichiro ask breaking the grandpa and grandaughter moment.

Mikaela look at Shinichiro coldly making him shiver. It was the first time she did that. Shinichiro admit that she always frown but it was different this time.

"Well, I was almost killed by my so called friend because of them knowing that I was your sister." She simply said starting to break the eggs to do scramble eggs for breakfast.

Shinichiro's eyes widen.

"What?" He didn't expect that she'll be the first target. He thought it will be Emma or Mikey.
