It was late July, the summer sunshine streaming into the room through the windows, outlining the sleeping couple on the white King sized bed. Adrien slowly woke up, opening his eyes as he slowly remembered what day and time it was.

He looked to his side and saw Marinette hugging him while sleeping peacefully. He smiled warmly and turned to his side bringing her into his embrace, nuzzling into her face while saying, "Princess, wake up. It's Tuesday." Marinette groaned in her sleep, sleepily mumbling, "Five more minutes..." He let out a small laugh, kissing her head, "The kids have school, princess..." With that, the bluenette shot up, eyes widened and yawning, quickly asking, "Oh no, what's the time? I totally forgot! I have to wake them up and prepare their lunch!"

She ran around the room, quickly washing her face with some cold water, brushing her teeth while pulling on a grey hoodie, and black sweatpants. Adrien laughed, shaking his head. Every morning was the same. "Love, it's only 6:30. Don't worry. I just woke you up early." He sat up in bed, feeling lazy to get up for the day, and just watched his wife run around hastily. "Oh.." came the reply. Adrien laughed, getting out of bed and walking over to Marinette. He gave her a loving hug and added, "You worry about everything Mari."

She rolled her eyes, continuing her brushing, gesturing for him to wait while she freshened up. She walked into the bathroom, and washed up before wiping her face dry. She came out of the bathroom, throwing her hands to her sides with a sigh of exasperation, "I get so hurried up in the morning, it's frustrating now."

Adrien chuckled, secretly finding her worrying adorable, "Love, you're amazing."

She playfully rolled her eyes, "Sure kitty."

He raised an eyebrow, "You don't think you're amazing?"

She simply shrugged, "I dunno..."

He sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose, "Princess... You are amazing."

"Thanks kitty." She replied without much emotion, turning to head out of the room, but was constrained by a hand wrapped around her wrist.

She turned around, knowing what was to come and avoided eye contact with her husband. She stayed silent.

"Princess..." He spoke softly, gearing himself to give her a lecture about self confidence.

She sighed, "What?"

"You know you're amazing. Why do you doubt yourself princess?"

"Not now Adrien, I need to get the kids ready for school," she told leaving their bedroom. Adrien sighed, "Oh Marinette..." He walked back to the bed, plopping onto it and pulled out his phone looking through his new messages.

Adrien didn't realize that he had fallen asleep until he felt two arms wrapped around his torso and steady breathing on his chest. He assumed she was asleep and kissed her head, whispering, "You didn't let me complete my lecture earlier did you little lady?"

He snuggled into her hair, taking in the smell of her shampoo and continued, "Love, I don't know why you underestimate yourself like this. You don't believe me when I say that you're awesome. But you are. That's the reason why I love you. Why I married you. Why I built this house with you and raised three kids with you. All because you're everything to me."

Adrien kissed her forehead, seeing that her eyes were closed and kissed her nose before whispering into her ears, "Love, you're amazing. Whether you admit it or not. You are. You are beautiful, brave, strong, caring, smart and everything I want. I love you for who you are. Even your silliness and clumsiness is something I like about you."

Checking the time on his phone, which read as 8:18, he rested his head on hers and hugged her tight. He hummed a song softly and lulled himself to sleep.

But what he didn't know was that Marinette wasn't asleep. She was wide awake, after getting Emma, Hugo and Louis into their school buses. She couldn't put herself back to sleep after having washed her face and freshened up. She saw the blond asleep and got into bed to cuddle him.

But everything he said didn't go unheard. She heard every single word he said, and could feel tears prick her eyes. She blushed at his words and wondered how she had gotten so lucky. Adrien didn't seem to feel the arms around him tighten, nor the tears that wet his shirt. She was crying out of joy. "Kitty, I love you, I don't know how I got so lucky," she muttered into his shirt.

She enjoyed the song he was humming to himself, finding it kind of cute and soon felt herself falling asleep, her eyelids heavy with sleep.

The two slept off, tangled up together until late in the afternoon, when it was time for their children to return home from school.

(A/N: Awh, these two are adorable. This is probably the most lovey-dovey oneshot I've written about these two lovebirds. Lol. Yeah, my updates are still gonna be infrequent... Sorry...)
