Your POV
Lazily, I walk into class finding Misaki happily running to come greet me at the classroom door,

"Good Morning my lovee!" she says jumping into my arms, her short black hair getting on my face.
"girl get ur nasty hair out my face 😟"
i reply

"not even a good morning?" she says;
jokingly giving me the *bro wtf 🤨* look

"Morning Misaki" i reply, finally smiling at the shorter girl

Turning away for a split second; i find my eyes landing on the familiar raven haired male.

"Wow he's early for once" i said to Misaki
smiling as she laughs too.

"slime its rude to stare" i hear his voice.

"you wish softie" i reply back smirking,
Misaki still in my arms.

"Why the hell are you hugging her?" said Miya, one eyebrow arched
"Why?... jealous? 😏" Misaki says, now smirking

"yes now hand her over 😐" Miya says gesturing for me to hug him.
"why are acting like im some sort of ill3gal deal?" i say, annoyed with all their bs

"Fine have her" Misaki then said, purposely pushing me into him.
*uh, this bitc- 🤨*
i look up seeing his emerald green eyes,
Miya now had an adam's apple.
And yes, it really suited him
"oi y/n.."

Miya's POV
"oi y/n.." i say, looking down at her figure
"what is it?" she asks, her e/c eyes staring into mine
*that sounds so cheesy wtf 😟* i thought.

I put my hand to her forehead flicking my finger.
"Chii-san what the hell was that for?" y/n says her hand on her forehead.

"For not hugging me first" i say bluntly;
I could feel everyone's eyes on us.

"Awe Chii-san y'know you could've said u were jealous from the start" y/n says smiling at me

"I was most definitely not jealous" i deny looking away.
"miya really?😔"
"my heart is currently broken" y/n adds jokingly.
I felt warm hands around my waist,
pulling me into a soft embrace
y/n-chan was hugging me.
I hugged her back of course.

I could feel the whole class staring at us,
all cooing at the scene.

"yo when can i have tha-"
"oh my forking god shut the hell up Kenji" i heard Misaki say
Kenji just glared at her

y/n-chan and the rest of the class started laughing at the two
But i just stared at y/n's genuine smile...

Class started soon after that and everyone went to their seats.
"Today we'll be debating!" the teacher announced clear to the class.

*debating, what about?* i thought

The teacher seemed to have read my mind as she stated right after..
"The topic for today will be;
do humans need to really need see the universe/space?" she wrote on the chalkboard

y/n and i were coincidentally the leaders of each team.

y/n's team went first:

"I believe that humans such as astronauts need to see the universe as there are many more wonders the world needs to see out there" y/n said confidently

I smirked; knowing exactly what to say

"Humans don't need to go to space just to see the universe... I can just simply see mine by looking at you y/n." i said staring at her.

Your POV
My jaw dropped when i heard Miya's response.

My face was heating up, I could feel it.

Why did he say that! even in front of the class! He doesn't even seem to care that the whole class heard what he had said either.

Everyone started to make a noise and tease us both.

I pretended i was unaffected by Miya's pick up line, but the blush on my face was clear; and Miya knew that.

It was now lunch time, getting out my bento I walk out the class, seeing Miya standing out there.
His hair grew out a bit and he got taller.
I stared, not noticing that Miya was already in front of me.

"What did you think about the pick up line?"
He says smirking at me.

I froze.
This boy.
"I have to admit, it went to my heart
Chii-san" I reply to him

"Your face was so red!" he says laughing at me.

I huff,
"Whatever! i want to eat now" i say, walking away from him

"Wha- y/n wait for me!" I hear Miya yell

Miya's POV
I catch up to y/n-chan as we went to out usual place to eat lunch, meeting Misaki and Kenji there.

"You took your time!" Misaki says to y/n

"Sorry, this girl took too long to get her lunch out" i say pointing my thumb to y/n beside me

I felt y/n's glare on me, i smiled to myself at her childish behaviour.

"Cmon bro let's just eat! Misaki made me wait for you guys so that we can all eat together" Kenji says groaning.

We started eating with Kenji starting a convo...

"Yo Miya, that pick up line earlier was fire!" Kenji exclaims laughing

"Y/n the blush on your face was so bright too! ahaha" Misaki adds

"Whatever, if Kenji said that to you Misaki i bet you'll blush too!" y/n said

I started laughing, not just because of what y/n had said that left Misaki and Kenji blushing... but the fact I finally made friends.

y/n's head was now rested on my shoulder as we moved on from the subject and now listening to Misaki talking about the Spring Festival coming.

"We're all going to be there, the four of us!" Misaki said

It was settled, my second festival with
y/n; and my first with my friends.
