Chapter 10 - Forever friendship

(WARNING: Said spoilers from last chapter are back, including spoilers from the Raiden Shogun's second story quest. Read at your own risk unless you don't like spoilers.)

Time for you to fix things. You may have made new friends, and found the Archons, but that didn't stop you yet. 

It has been a year since you stayed in Khaenri'ah...but you felt like something was missing...

The last thing you hoped for was for Khaenri'ah to be reborn. Sadly, you don't want Celestia to attack it again.

Alright, time for a reunion with your friends.

You: Aether...? Paimon...? Where are you two? I'm back.

Aether: Y/n...?

Paimon: Y/n, you're back! Hooray!

You: I've missed you guys! It has been a long time!

Aether: Come here, group hug!

*timeskip to 1 week later...*

You: So Mona always forgets to put Mora in her wallet?

Paimon: Yeah, she's rich but doesn't bring Mora to buy food...and she's just not admitting it. If only we could buy her food...

You: Uh...where are you guys going next? Could I tag along then?

Paimon: We're going to take you to Sumeru to see the Dendro Archon.

You: Nice. I could join you to see them. Plus, I don't know who are the Hydro, Pyro and Cryo archons now. Oh, is the Dendro Archon Buer? I haven't heard from her since.

Aether: Oh, you mean...

You: What do you mean? Isn't there only one Buer?

Paimon: Yeah, right?

Aether: Ahem, let's change the topic...We learned that the current Hydro Archon is Focalors, the God of Justice. We don't know much about her though. And the Cryo Archon of today is the Tsaritsa. 

You: Oh, nice.

Aether: But the Tsaritsa has the Fatui collecting Gnoses...

You: Hm?

Your POV: Who is the Tsaritsa really? What are her plans?

Paimon: Oh, and the Dendro Archon is Lesser Lord Kusanali.

You: How did you meet?

Paimon: We met her thanks to her revealing her identity in a dream. At first, we saw her as a small girl! There's a lot more to that story but you'll know soon enough!

You: ...This means she is still quite young...

Aether: Y/n, where are you going? Do you have something to do?

You: I'm just meeting up with the other archons for a while.

Paimon: Oh...

You: It has been fun traveling with you two. I'll visit again for our trip. But I'm going to try to fix Khaenri'ah's holes for now.

You leave, happy with the memories you've made...Time to visit your 2 old friends you have...your best ones. Along with 1 new one. And you just can't leave them behind. You know they miss you too.
