Rui Leviciano has a high IQ of 150, a remarkable feat that has been observed ever since he was a child. But his depression caused him to skip school and shut himself away from everyone. Nakakulong lang siya sa kaniyang apartment, at lalabas lang kapag bibili ng paborito niyang cup noodles sa 7-Eleven.
His sad past forced Rui's mind to only remember what's essential and forget about everything else. Kapag hindi importante, wala itong lugar sa utak niya. Kaya naman lagi niyang naiiwan ang cellphone niya kung saan-saan, at walang pangalang natatandaan.
But one day, he met a clumsy woman who pulled him out of his bat cave and introduced him to the beauty of the outside world. Ang problema nga lang, hindi niya alam ang pangalan nito at kung paano siya hahanaping muli.
