Final Fates Turn

Museum Visits

After having a nice long nap and being rudely woken up by my sister I'm now hiding in a closet. I didn't think I would be hiding in one again. As soon as the mystery person left I opened the closet door. "Feels good to come out of the closet... again." Celia chuckled at my joke. "So, who was at the door?" I said as I walked over to the bed. I laid down in it. "Oh just the perfect pretty princess and now soon to be queen, Mal." Oh great this entire kingdom is doomed now that she's going to be queen.

I just closed my and tried to not think about how screwed I was going go be. "Why are you suddenly so sad about it?" Oh right she doesn't know. "I used to date the king after I started dating Harry. Then I get myself sent back to the Isle and she took the opportunity to take my place when I left. Not sad about it though. Just annoyed by it." My family doesn't particularly like Mal since we've been keeping her secret for so long. And she still hasn't repaid like she said she would do.

Never trust a half fairy. "Anything interesting happening later on this week?" Celia thought for a moment before answering. "Oh yeah, Jane, the one in baby blue, is having a birthday party tomorrow. Don't remember when its starting but she is organizing it right now. It's also going to be at the enchanted lake if I remember correctly." Okay so there is some news. "Well that's nice and all but I think I'm gonna head out now. See ya later kid." I opened the window and jumped out. Just because I can and I want to make a dramatic exit. Those are always fun to do. And I get to show off again.

Anyways lucky for me this window wasn't at the very front. I heard a bunch of people near the front and I decided to go check it out. Big crowd and they formed a circle around two people with them being in the center. I heard a guitar being played and someone singing. I recognize that voice. It was Ben. Guess he was singing to Mal. Not surprised though since these people always end up singing. He was singing the acoustic version of the song he sang to me once. I made my way around the crowd to get a better view.

He was already down on one knee with a purple limo behind him and a guitar in hand. Once he finished he put down the guitar and pulled out a small box. "Mal Bertha, will you do me the honor and marry me?" "Yes! A million times yes!" Good to know she says yes. As Ben stood up he looked over her shoulder and to the crowd. For a split second we made eye contact. That's when I back out of the crowd. He didn't say anything though. Instead looked back to Mal. I took the opportunity to leave.

I went back into the forest just to roam for a bit. That was until I heard a scream from the crowd. I turned back around to see Audrey fuming. It was already midday so I had some time to kill. I had already planned go go to the museum tonight. Not to steal anything. Just plan how to steal the wand. I already know about the alarm and barrier. I just need to figure out how to get past them. Oh well that's future me's problem. Meaning I have some time to relax and probably go bother Celia.

It was now night time and Celia has banned me for a week on entering her room. It was worth it though. I was on my way to the museum. No one was really out here doing much so I had free reign to do whatever I wanted to do. That was until I heard someone singing from behind. I quickly ran off of the steps of the museum and dove into the bushes. She walked up there so calmly it scared me a bit if I'm being honest. I got out of the bushes and followed her in there.

I never knew that the prissy princess had it in her to steal something. Let alone Maleficent's scepter and the Queen's crown. I get it, she wants revenge but this is something else. And she now turns around and cliché thing. I got caught by her. "You! I could use you for something." Oh great now I'm caught up in her schemes. "And what do I get in return?" I can't help myself. I got to make a deal. She smiled a surprisingly wicked smile. "How about you get to do actual magic instead of your stupid old con magic."

I already don't like the sound of that and it hasn't even been a minute. "What are you talking about? I do have real magic. Well more of a borrowed type but still. You get my point." She walked over to me. "Well this time when you do magic it doesn't have to be borrowed. Instead it can be your very own. All you have to do is join me and help me take down Mal." Really, that's it. "Very tempting offer you have there but I still don't know." "Your family will remain untouched and nothing will happen to them."

Again very tempting but I have higher standards than that. "Sorry dearie but if you can raise the price just a slightest bit higher than that we can have a deal. Until then you can go do whatever it is that you're going to do on your own." I turned around and started to walk away. "Wait!" I turned back around and faced Audrey. "You can also free the people on the Isle. And if you help me your precious pirate and family will go unharmed." Not good enough. "And if I say no? What will you do then?"

It's fun to play with people. But this was getting no where. "Well then you can kiss your pirate goodbye and never see your family again." As if she has the power to do that. "Hmm. I can see you doing the same thing I did. But here's the thing. You can't possibly have enough power to do any actual harm to people. So until you prove me wrong. You. Have. No. Deal." I walked out of the museum before she could say anything else. I probably did a very stupid thing. But I'm not that power hungry.

Sorry this took a while. I would have been staying up late at night writing this and would've had it out sooner. But I don't have access to wifi and my data is limited throughout the day and all night. So I kind of am on the edge of how fast I can get these chapters out.
