Luz's POV:

"JUST GIVE ME THE CASH! NOW!, HEY! STAY BACK! Don't get any closer! Hey!"

Hearing the sound of my heart beat in my ears, feeling it thump fast like it's about to rush out my chest, sweating, knowing that this could end two ways and one weighs more than the other...

"Look!, you don't need to do this, please, don't do this, sir, please" I'm breathing a bit fast, nervous with a clinging feeling in my gut that won't go away, he keeps demanding the money, the cashier is putting it in....the guy is getting restless

"Hey,..don't tell me what I need and don't need, you don't know Nothin about me! Shut up little girl" he looked at me in the eyes, under his mask I could tell his eyebrows were scrunched up out of nervousness

While he's looking at me I could feel pairs of eyes on me...I can already tell that they were my freinds..then....Amity's....I could feel the fear coming off of my girlfriend but I'm trying to stop the feeling, I can't think of her right now, I have to try and focus at the task at hand

The guy almost has the bag and as once as he has it the cashier pushes a red button and alerts the law enforcements, the gas station lights start blinking and the door lights blink red...man this was just supposed to be, get gas, get snacks, use the restroom and get back on the road,

The twins of course took so long....now this happened, not that it's their fault 

The guy tried to leave but he hesitated

"Sir, please, please don't do this...just put the gun down and leave the money, no harm done...don't..don't do this"

The guy got mad and start to hyperventilate a bit, he looked around and noticed that there were quite a few people here

He pointed the gun at the people and became a bit Shakey, then, a guy from the back Isle knocks something over something and gets his attention

That was long enough for the guy to my back right pulls a gun on him, the robber notices and turns his head first....

I can already predict what's going to happen...my mind knows it and took over my body, it did what I wanted to do but I didn't have control

Everything was going a bit slow....his arm bringing the gun to the guys face..I just started moving..

"NOOO!!!!!"

Crash!!

*Cop sirens*

*Silence Ringing*

"Luz!!!"

 ...I felt...nothing,...felt numb...I couldnt feel..or really see, things were foggy

I heard faint voices screaming my name and numb touches on my arms and chest

I couldn't feel any pain, just the struggle to breath...things all of a sudden got a bit more clearer, I could hear and feel a small pain in my chest but I still couldn't really see, I could see amity's face and the twins behind her, willow and Gus were on my right

"Please! Please Luz stay with us! Please! I'm begging you!" My eyes were heavy...really heavy, I wanted to close them but I wanted to see everyone, I felt my hand being brought up and held by amity with tears eyes, she squeezed my hand and I tried my best to squeeze hers, I was only half successful, I couldn't feel it but I know I was closing my hand

"Luz...sniff I- please! Just....please stay, i- I need you to fight, fight, fight for us please, for willow, for Gus, the twins, f- for your mom.....fight for me"...this reminded me of something...the time when I begged some one I loved to stay.....to stay alive

I know how she feels....and now I know how hard it is to fight, I feel tired like I haven't slept in a week...It was hard when I lost her, when we lost her, I couldn't bear the loss, now amity and my freinds and mami will have to go through this.....mami....she'll have to go through it again, I already know I'm not going to be ok....I can feel it...

  "I-..I'm ..s-s huff huff sorry a-a-mity, i-i- ...I...yo..te... te amo.... Amity, I'm ..so- so-rry, gu- u- uys...I'll ..I'll see you ag-ian"

Just trying to talk hurt, it felt so hard and felt like three whole elephants were standing on my lungs squishing them

Amity's now clenching my hand and sobbing on my chest....I can see their silhouettes...I struggle to keep air in my lungs.....I know I'm not coming back home with them so...why keep air? I'm tired.....I just...let everything go, feeling my body deflate

The ringing got louder and then stopped....I can hear ....crickets? Everything's black..then I realize my eyes are closed, I'm confused and weirded out at the same time....I look around and see trees, I'm in the forest listening to the wind and bugs of the night, a single howl in the distance and the moon

I don't think, I just feel, I let my surroundings gulp me in, I let my body relax...I feel fresh and awake....I knew I wasn't going to back...at least it's beautiful here, it's calming and relaxing

I hear steps behind me, I slowly start turning around as the steps get louder, I'm almost looking over my shoulder and the steps are close

"Hehe...hey shorty....long time no see"

I turn around and was met with a pair of eyes I haven't seen in a long time...
