Shoyou Hinata was always a curious child constantly asking his mother questions about nothing in particular, his mother was patient and would always answer the tangerine boy's questions with a vibrant smile on her face.

When Hinata was six he developed some writing on his wrist, being the curious boy he was, he ran to his mother to ask what had happened. His mother paused from planting sunset coloured flowers and answered his question gently "Honey, it's you're soulmates last words." she spoke, in a kind manner.

[𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥]

A ten year old boy sat on his bed often taking quick glances at is wrist that displayed the words 'Till death do us part' he thought about the words and on whom is soulmate could be, he had always loved the idea of having a soulmate, someone to forever be with, although he had his doubts, often questioning if the system was correct, wondering if there really was someone out there especially for him.

[𝗧𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗢 𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗬𝗔𝗠𝗔]

Tobio Kageyama was a quiet boy, he often played volleyball as he had been doing so since he could walk. His grandfather mainly took care of them as his parents were usually absent from his and his sister, Miwa's life.

Kageyama got his soulmate mark at the age of five, after a few hours of questioning he finally got the courage to tell his grandfather about the mark, he glanced at the words again, worried it was something like a disease or illness. The tiny blueberry walked slowly to his grandfather, who was watching volleyball on the tv "Hey." the midnight coloured hair boy spoke "Hello Tobio, need anything?" Kageyama just pulled up his right sleeve revealing the words 'Till death do us part' "it's a soulmate mark." his grandfather spoke. Tobio Kageyama's eyes glittered with wonder and excitement, he couldn't wait to meet his soulmate.

[𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥]

The ten year old boy didn't care about soulmates as much as he did before, over the years he was constantly let down, and lost most of the hope he had in finding a soulmate, believing that there was none made for him, none he could have a special bond with, a bond that would connect them for life. Some hope stayed, as he would sometimes fantasise what life would be like if there was actually someone out there, oh how he had hoped that he would find someone.
