Part 2 - Hidden Emotions

A few months later

You went on a few missions with your team, and every one of them were successful. You just came back from a mission with your team when Kakashi invited all of you to eat ramen at Ichiraku.

It's been a few weeks since y/n moved out to her own apartment since she wanted to live alone. Naruto was happy to have the house for himself.

After dinner, as everyone was going their own way, Kakashi offered to accompany y/n as she lived in the opposite direction than everyone, and it was already dark.

As you were walking together, Kakashi was reading his book as usual. Y/n was nervous walking alone with him. She felt her heart beating increasing.

Ahhh, stupid heart stop beating so fast like that. He is your sensei y/n !!! Girl, come on, he will never like a little girl like you ..... ahhhhhhhhh ...

"Are you alright y/n ?" He asked while raising one of his eyebrows.

"Uh .. ah yes, yes, I'm fine. Why are you asking Kakashi sensei ?"

"Cause you keep making weird expressions..."

Ahhh, stupid stupid stupid why you keep making weird faces while thinking ... Y/n internally scolded herself.

"It's nothing. I was just thinking, that's all,"
She replied with a smile, trying to hide her emotions.

"Hmm ok" and he continued reading.

"Uhm, Kakashi sensei ?"

"Yes," he said without taking his eyes off his book.

"Have you ever fallen in love?" the young girl asked slowly and hesitantly.

He looked at her surprise as he didn't expect this kind of question, especially from her. "Why are you asking ?"

The girl got flustered, not knowing what to answer. Fortunately, she arrived at her apartment. "Look! we are already here, " she said, pointing at the building. "Good night, Kakashi sensei !! See you tomorrow!!" and she ran in her apartment, closing the door quickly behind her.

Kakashi was shocked as he never saw y/n act this way. She was always composed and a calm person. Every time he walked her home, they always had small talks about things related to their missions or training.

In her apartment, the young girl was breathing heavily from running fast and trying to hide her emotions. "Kakashi," she said in a low voice, almost like a whisper.

After taking a bath, she put an oversized shirt and a short. While trying to fall asleep, she couldn't take her mind off her hot sensei. She was imagining a scenario of her confessing her love to Kakashi and more. She blushed at the thought of him hugging her and kissing her, and you know, you know.

The next day

While brushing her teeth, y/n heard a know on her door. She washed her mouth quickly before opening it.

"Ah.. good morning Kakashi sensei,"

"Good morning y/n" He said while giving his usual smile.

She invited him inside and asked why he came to meet her at the apartment this morning. He usually never came to her house at this hour.

"You didn't seem well yesterday, so I came to check on you."

Y/n's cheeks felt hot as she remembered the scenario she was imagining last time. A light blush was formed on her cheeks. " I'm fine, thank you,"

"You sure? Your cheeks are red. "

"I'm fine, I'm fine." she quickly ran to her room to put on her usual outfit. She tied her h/c into a ponytail before going back to the living room. "I'm ready. Let's go!"

Kakashi, without looking up from his book, stands up. "Why are you always ready that... is it interesting?" Y/n asked while putting on her shoes. "Yes," he replied without looking at her.

Y/n was curious as to why Kakashi was obsessed with this book. She took it from his hand and ran as fast as she could.

"Heyyyyy!!!!! Give it back.. Y/N!!!!!!" Kakashi was going to run after her, but he realised she left the door open. After closing the door, he tried to find her.

After a while, he found her on the training ground. "Y/N!!!!"

"Kakashi sensei is a pervert..." she said almost as if she was singing.

He took the book back and put it in his hiding spot. He glared at her.

"Wow, wow, I'm scared," she said in a mocking tone.

Kakashi didn't have time to answer when the other members of the team arrived. And as a punishment, he made y/n train more than the others.

"Wow, is Kakashi mad at y/n or something?" said Sakura

"Maybe something happened before we arrived," replied Naruto.

After a long and tiring day of training, kakashi accompanied y/n home as usual.

"Kakashi sensei..." y/n said in a lazily tone. "You are so meeaaan,"

"That what you get for stealing my book," he said, smiling, which made y/n kind of angry but at the same time happy.

A week after the incident, every time they are alone, y/n would mock Kakashi by saying; "kakashi sensei is a pervert .. kakashi sensei is a pervert..." she would say with a melody in her voice.

He was so done and tired with her mocking him like that. " I will do anything for you to stop saying that," he said when they arrived in front of her apartment.

"For real !!???"

"Yeah ... what do you want? "

"Take off you mask ka-ka-shi sen-sei," she said, smiling with all her teeth out.

"OK," he simply said

Y/n was surprised as she did not expect him to agree so easily. While removing his mask, he said, "Behind this mask.....there happens to be another mask," he said while smiling.

"Ahhhh!!! I'm so done with you, Kakashi sensei!!!!!!" And she went in her house.
