Part 26

Natasha is throwing a welcome home party for Karol later that day. She invited a few people; Steve, Sam, Thor, Wanda and of course Bucky. Natasha and Karol are in the kitchen making some delicious bites and snacks for everyone. They're concentrated on their task until they hear the door open.

"Karol! You're back!"

Wanda runs into the kitchen and jumps up to Karol and gives her a big hug. "Wanda! I missed you!" After a long hug, they let go of each other and Wanda sits down at one of the stools on the other side of the kitchen island.

"Have you used the trick I learned you during your me-time?" She tilts her head and looks at her, expecting that she used it a lot in Cuba.

Karol nods with a big smile.

"Oh, you learn a new trick?" asks Natasha.

"Yeah. But it only works on weak minded people or when someone doesn't expect it. But if you'll let me do it willingly I think it could work."

"Ha-ha, sure, I'd like to try." Natasha puts down her knife and places her hand on her hips.

Karol takes her hand and concentrates. She waits until Natasha is fully relaxed and Karol gives her an order. "Nat?" Natasha nods obedient. "Do a back flip for me." Without a doubt, Natasha performs a perfect and gracious back flip in the kitchen. When she completed Karol's task she wakes up from her trance.

"Great... Mind control..." Natasha jokes while rolling her eyes.

"Is it mind control? I'm not sure, I can make people highly subjective. And it doesn't work on everybody. But it's a neat trick, used it a lot in Cuba." She casually explains while she continues with the food.

"Oh! How was Cuba?" Wanda asks.

"It was great, met a lot of cute girls and partied a lot."

"So... you and Bucky are... broken up?"

"Well. Not really. I think? Were still on a brake. I'm trying to make him make the first move. I know he wants this." She steps back and strokes her hands alongside her body, showing them the body Bucky needs.

Wanda giggles. "Oh Karol, why are you doing this to yourself? Just stop this game and climb him already!"

"Cli-... Climb him??" Karol laughs.

"Yeah, like the tree of a guy he is!" All three laugh out loud at Wanda's remark. Karol almost falls over from laughing so hard. She would really enjoy climbing him right now.

When they calm down they finally can finish preparing the snacks and put it on the long table. In the meantime Steve showed up, he brought Sam and Thor. Thor again brought his own liquor, but Karol declined his offer this time. She wants to be sober for this night. She knows this will be the night she will break him. She needs for him to break, cause she cant hold it for very long. And she prepared a strategy to succeed.

"Where's Bucky?" she asks Steve.

"He'll be here later, he had some stuff to do."

Hmm, she's disappointed. She hoped to start breaking him immediately. She even dressed herself casual but sexy. She took more than an hour to figure out what she was trying to wear. She decides on a short summer dress and some heels, she even fixed her hair and makeup. Natasha made fun about her because of it. But she's sure he can't resist her now like he did in the gym.

After an hour he still hasn't showed up. The music is quite loud and Thor is sharing his liquor with Steve. He's the only one in the room who can take it. Sam is just drinking beer. Karol flops down next to him on the chair to have a chat with him, but before she can start any conversation topic he already starts to apologies.
