'Just explain everything.' Her strawberry blonde best friend told her. It's the next day after the game, they were close to winning that time but sadly didn't. Aukai, Stiles, Scott, Lydia, Allison and Isaac luckily had 3 periods to mess around with lunch as the second. Not so lucky for Aukai because now she has to spill her life story. Her friends sat around her in between Stiles' legs on the bleachers.His arms around her semi tight and his chin on her shoulder. 'Take your time, Kai.' The boy said next to her ear, giving her a small comforting smile. Aukai sighed, her heart beating faster and her hands starting to shake. 

"Me and Derek were going to take a walk, he had been out and was coming back home. I was just painting and singing, like I used to do, but was interrupted by noises. The terrifying screams and cries of my family mixed with the comforting sounds of fire. But I wasn't the fires I like, it was out of control and hurting people. I ran out of my room, grabbing some prized possessions just in case in a bag and ran out of my room, down the stairs and out of the house. I didn't see anyone until I saw my dad, in the window. I ran up and put my hand on the window in front of his, he always made me annoyed or pissed but I still loved him. I had to watch him and my family be burned alive. Do you know what it's like to smell flesh burning, watch skin melting, hearing the familiar screams of your family while you're safe? Apparently I wasn't safe because I ended up getting burnt."

She pulled a bit of the right side of her skirt and underwear to show a huge burn mark going from her mid ribs to her upper thigh, just above her skirt. Once they all got a look she fixed her clothes and continued. 

"Derek came back just in time to help me. I was in the hospital for a week, not just for the burns. I already have a bad mental history, the fire made it even worse. I found out when I was discharged my father was alive but in a paralyzed state for probably the rest of his life, burn marks all over his face and body. I visited him every day for a long time, telling him about my day and how well I was controlling my wolf urges. But one day I noticed he did something, a movement that would always make me hate him. I told him I missed him, Derek missed me being happy and he just flipped me off. That was the day I stopped going and the last day I saw my father. Until my panic attack at the mall, the attacks on Lydia and I at the formal and my father staring at the woods during the game last night." 

Her friends stared at her for a while, taking in the information. Then one of her worse nightmares happened, all of them except Stiles looked at her with pity. She held back her anger and stood up, jumping down each bleacher before going to walk back in the school. That was the plan until all her friends went down to her and puller her in a group hug. They all apologized, forgetting about her pet peeve. She forgave them and came up with a plan, a pure desire that just popped in her head.

It's now lunch bell and Aukai, her friends and Coach were sitting together on the field, a little picnic set up on the ground with their Burger King orders. 'Best underrated song starting with F. Go.' Coach said to the kids. They had been playing this game since they sat down to eat. "Fuck Fake Friends by Bebe Rexha and G-Eazy and Fuck You, Goodbye by The Kid LAROI and Colson Baker." Aukai said with no hesitation, taking a huge bite of her burger. She normally didn't like to eat, scared of gaining weight which would mess with her burn marks, but she forgot about that when it came to fast food places like that. 'Who?' Oh yeah, Jackson was there. Aukai is still pissed that Lydia got hurt because of Jackson, Peter wouldn't have found Lydia if she wasn't looking for Jackson. "Machine Gun Kelly, dumbass." Stiles, Scott and Allison stifled their laughs and Aukai smiled proudly, get a small subtle proud smile from Coach. 'Will you sing it for us?' Coach asked, a small smirk on his face. He loved when Aukai used to sing, he knew with her friends wanting her to sing too she might do it. He was right, her friends all chimed in saying she should. "I don't sing anymore." 'Come on. What's the harm?' "You guys are so mean." Aukai took a sip of her slushee and cleared her throat. She found the back ground music for Fuck Fake Friends and played it.
