Ronnie- morning ( waves at them as she passes them to get to the coffee pots)
Bonnie- mornin love. how you feeling.
Ronnie- ( gives herself a moment to answer but while doing so makes her coffee the way she likes it) better.. im feeling better. I have a truck due to arrive in an hour ( gives them a hesitant smile when she turns to them and leans back against the counter her eyes scanning over the tins of food settling on grabbing one of the croissants with eggs cheese and bacon on it) I just need to work.
Bonnie- ( bites her lower lip) why don't we go to that bookstore today? you have enough hours this week to cover you today.
Ronnie- let me work until two and then we can go. I can't keep missing work what would my guys think? (her eyes dance with amusement when Leo and Tony yeetyeet along with Stitcher and Bourbon) eight hours and you can have me for the rest of the day.
Damon- ( chuckles raising an eyebrow at her)
Bonnie- alright ( starts to smile) you're mine at two. grab you something else to eat ( stands kissing her forehead) see you at two love.
Ronnie- ( hums smiling leaning into the kiss a little)
Bonnie- ( pats her back pulling away and grabbing her coffee up along with the bills and leaves them to it to go do her own work)
Damon- my guys? is that what we are now? ( smirking at her)
Ronnie- ( blushes but slides into the stool next to him taking a bite of her food and shrugs)
Damon- ( chuckles straightening a bit and finishing off his coffee)
Ronnie- I like my job, I like working in the garage their your guys but most of them include me in their talks ( looks up at him and bringing her coffee to her lips) I expect them to pull their weight in there. I should pull mine also right?
Damon- you do more then your weight b- Ronnie.
Ronnie- in order for them to take me seriously I need to ( gives him a knowing look catching his slip up) we're getting more cars out then we are in. our numbers are going up and we're getting in more business. On top of the regular scheduled oil changes and tune ups, the books are back to being organized and well maintained and the guys are due for another raise i'd say that's a good thing.
