* Hi there, so my name is Emma and I wrote this story when I think I was 12 or 13? (I'm 23 now). Which you can probably tell from the quality of the writing. I really do like this storyline but it needs a ton of reworking and ngl less swearing lmao. If I were to rewrite this, if anyone still has this book tucked away in their libraries, let me know if you would want to read it. I redid an excerpt from a scene in this book and I could post it and get some feedback and go from there? Thanks for the 3k views regardless if this goes anywhere, I felt like a lil author <3

I wake up tangled in loose practice mats. Probably because someone made me work late. I stretch a little before I get up and turn on my laptop:

Probably Neomi wondering were I am. I look at the clock and it reads 8:43 am. "Ah shit" I realize I'm late for school, Again. I look at what I'm wearing and nod proudly. I were a loose lace long sweater type of thing, the sleeves go down to my elbows and the back goes down about in the mid thigh. Underneath I were a simple white tank top and black short shorts. Good enough. I run into my room grab my books. Shove em' in my bag. Look at myself in the mirror. Flatting down my hair so the purple in my tips is noticeable and run out the door .The school isn't far away so it takes me about 5 minutes to get there if I run and trust me, I run. I make it in the school, up the staircase and burst into my class room.

"Sorry I'm la-" I forgot I was doing a test today. Every body stares at me as the red in my cheeks burst into flames with embarrassment.

"Ms.Vega a little late this morning?" Mr. Poted says with a scowl.

"Um yeah sorry I slept in." I hope that's a good response but as I suspect some kid in my class shouts "AGAIN!" and the hole class erupts in laughter.

"Now quiet down everyone. Ms.Vega next time may you please be a little earlier than usual?".

"Yeah, sure". I find a spot to sit next to Neomi and as soon as I sit down, and open up my laptop we talk.

NEOFISH13: Godzilla made you work late?

COREE19MAID : yep you have to help me tonight.

NEOFISH13: oh hell ya im coming.

COREE19MAID:why???

Tyler Clare is this snot up super star that all the girls fawn over. He makes me sick.

COREE19MAID: He is coming to my sisters performance, the ones that fall on each other on stage and call that dancing, umm what performance are you talking about ?

She sends me it and I open it to my step sisters performance page and scroll down to the tickets/seats section and scroll until I see in big letters TYLER CLARE and he's in the first row, and if you do down further you see a caption titled; Tyler Clare, performing live. He's probably looking for a charity case to look good.

COREE19MAID: why do you like him so much ?
