Muhammad Al-amin

Stress is all I feel. It wasn't easy being a Civil Engineer and the firstborn. Even though I'm not doing anything for the family but I have stubborn siblings that never want me to rest.

"Yaya Alamin can you tell Yaya Sadeeq to stop, he always wants the remote and I want to watch something else" My younger sister, Fatima, complaint frowning her face.

"Can't you just watch it in your living room" I lazily said adjusting my head on my pillow

"Just tell him to watch it in his living room because I like watching there" she pouts

I am tired of judgment, I didn't even study law but these siblings of mine made me one.

"Sadeeq" I yelled making me feel a headache

"You called me?" he asked standing near the door acting all innocent

"You're 24 for crying out loud must you always fight with your sister" I'm tired of their daily day fight

"Yaya I can't miss this match and she also knows that all I want is a few minutes and that's all"

"I think it's high time you guys stop watching in Baba's living room" I concluded because as long as they keep watching in the living room then there is no end to their fight

"Yaaya!" They screamed together I walked to my bathroom ignoring all there please "That's final"

After my hot relaxing shower, I decided to visit my best friend it will be better than sitting anywhere near these two.

"Mommy I'm going out" I informed my mom who's busy preparing meals for our Dad

"Where are you going," She asked, she always asks where I will be going but I never care since I'm not going anywhere suspicious

"I'm going to visit Suleiman, we didn't meet after I'm back"

"Drive safely" she mumbled focusing on her cooking

"I will Insha Allah" I hugged her placing a kiss on her smooth cheeks

I passed the living room and found it empty, I smiled I've solved that issue.

I honed at the gate of their house and drive straight to his mother's chamber. She's a very jovial woman, she's very nice and is like a mother to me since Suleiman and I have been friends since primary school.

"Aminu welcome" she smiled revealing her slightly dimples

"Mama good afternoon" I sat on a couch

"How are you, how's work and everyone at home?"

"I'm fine and work is quite hectic, everybody is fine and Mommy sends her regards"

"Toh Masha Allah, let me bring you refreshments," she said getting up

"No Mama I'm fine, I'll just head to Suleiman's room, we didn't meet last week," I said getting up

"Ok, he's inside," she said sitting back

I walked to his chamber and found him sitting on his bare floor with papers spread in front of him.

"Sule" I yelled sitting on the nearest couch

"You're here" he yawned closing the paper in front of him

"Don't swallow me abeg, what are you designing?" I asked picking up the paper

"It's a house, it's for Baba's friend" he stood up stretching his hands, he has been sitting for hours I guess

"It's not that bad," I said surveying the plan
