Chapter 7

Tzuyu's POV

Towards the end of the movie, i saw my phone, which is on the table, lit up for a few seconds and stopped lighting up, indicating that there is a message. I took my phone and unlocked it, checking and reading the message. It's from Elkie.

She asked if i'm free to hang out tomorrow after school. I replied her, saying that i'm free to hang out. We both planned the time and venue to meet up. We agreed to meet up at the mall near to my school once my last lesson ends for the day tomorrow.

I turned my head to Sana and she turned to me after a few seconds with a curious expression, wondering why i'm looking at her out of nowhere and waiting for me to say something.

"I will be busy tomorrow after school." I told her.

"Then will you be back for dinner?" She asked, looking curious.

"I'm not sure." I said with uncertainty since i'm only meeting up with Elkie.

"That's okay. Text me if you're going to eat dinner at home." She told me with a small smile and i nodded my head with a hum.

Sana's POV

School has ended. Momoring, Mina and i saw Dahyun and Chaeng waiting for us outside our classroom. We reunited with them and waited for the other three to end their last lesson for the day.

"Where's Tzuyu?" Nayeon-unnie asked once everyone is present, except for a certain tall girl.

"She's meeting with a girl right now so she's not here." I said, Dahyun and Chaeng nodding their head, Tzuyu probably told the two of them before she went to meet the girl.

"Let's go to Sana's house again!" Jeongyeon exclaimed with excitement and the others cheered with a smiley expression on their face. I have no choice but to let them come. Plus, it's so fun to be with them and there's no harm in letting them come to my house. Tzuyu's not at home, anyways.

----TIME SKIP----

It's 6pm and it's almost dinnertime so everyone need to get back home. Most of them are living with their family. The house became empty again and i feel lonely right after seeing that i'm the only one at home. Looks like i will be having dinner alone, seeing that i'm not receiving any messages from Tzuyu.

I cooked ramen and ate in the living room, watching 'Kung Fu Panda 2' on the television. I paused the movie once i'm done eating and went to the kitchen to wash and dry the bowl. After putting the bowl back to its place, i went back to the living room and continued watching the movie.

When the movie finished and the credits are playing, i dialed Tzuyu's phone number and waited for her to answer the call. I let out a sigh after knowing that she won't pick up the call. The same thing is happening again...But i guess it's okay, given that i didn't tell her to text me if she is coming back home late.

Thinking that Tzuyu is not coming back home anytime, i switched off the lights in the living room and went to my bedroom. I did my homework with music playing out loud from my phone. There are so many homework to do, i groaned at how much i have to do and the deadline is tomorrow. I can't believe the teacher, he's insane and out of his mind. I slapped my cheeks lightly as a way to focus and motivate myself to finish these homework.

Halfway doing them, the door slammed open which caused me to flinch in fear. I instinctively got up from my chair, grabbing my pen, and turned to the door. I pointed the pen at the door, specifically whoever is at the door, while feeling scared at the same time.

"Sana?" I heard Tzuyu's voice as she stepped into my room with a worried expression while breathing heavily as if she just ran. I dropped my arms, feeling relaxed and relieved that no one barged into the house.
