Do you Want To Play?

I had entered the first level of the game, and for starters; it didn't look corrupted or anything, and everything looked like it was normal, only problem was..it felt empty, very, very empty. I played as tails, sonics sidekick if I remember correctly?? It was very hard for me to get a good grasp of the controls, but after a while I got a good idea of how they worked, but what really got me a bit uneasy was the fact that the controls were H, I, D, E, which I'm pretty sure you already know what they spell out. So first, we got the home screen icon, then we have the start screen, and now, the level I'm playing doesn't even have anything..no music, no obstacles, only sound effects, at least the game actually worked though. I progressed through the level not noticing a lot of things at first, until whilst I was running..or in this case at least, flying, I had passed by something. I didn't know what it was, so I decided to go back just incase if it was important..what I actually found was a body of what looked like a baby bird. I was genuinely unsettled with what was being presented on my screen, I didn't know whether or not I should stop or continue on. I decided to go forward, as there was now way of me turning back now. The further I went, the more dead animals I noticed, and the more differences in the environment I noticed. Some plants were dead or dying, the trees were burning and the grass was progressively becoming more of a greyish green. I decided to still go forward, no matter how uncomfortable I felt, i wanted to know what type of game this was, this was unlike no sonic game I had ever seen before, and something in my mind URGED me to keep going forward, but then..static. My game had gone to pure white noise for a couple of seconds. I thought this might had been a glitch, but at this point I was confused of which parts of my game were glitches or if they were intentional. My game cut back to what it was before, but now..everything has changed. The sky was gone once again, the forests in the backgrounds were on fire, and the oceans were filled with dead body's of what looked like other sonic characters before..I don't even think they were introduced in the first sonic either. What wa s also to note is that the floor was made out of SKIN, and that tails' shoes were stained with blood. It was hard for me to notice considering that his shoes are also red. At this point I was no longer uncomfortable, I was disturbed, but the intriguing kind of disturbed. I continued on with the level, thinking it was gonna be just a straight path forever, but then..I stumbled onto sonic. I'm pretty sure you know my relationship with him after the start screen, but something about him now seemed different. He looked normal this time, and I didn't feel that much hesitation going up toward him. But for some reason..I couldn't move, the game wasn't letting me. Then, sonic opened his eyes, showing the black eyes I had previously saw on the title screen. Then his head turned towards me, his animation was smoother than anything I had seen in the game before, it was strangely uncanny in a way. Sonic then stretched open his mouth similar to how he did in the start screen, and then..the screen turned to black. A couple of seconds later, I heard a very garbled and wobbly voice ask me, "Hello. Do you wanna play with me, Thomas?" At that point, I was freaking the FUCK out, THE GAME KNEW WHO I WAS. Now I was certain I didn't wanna play the game anymore, now that I knew that whoever was controlling this game..they now know who I am.
