Early the next morning Thena went out by the lake with Gilgamesh's ashes, she held him close to her. Druig was standing near her to make sure nothing bad happened, and he knew if Rossi would have been there she would have been standing by Thena's side. Sersi walked up to Druig.
"You know... I thought about taking over every human on this planet, no war, fear, greed... all gone,'' Druig said.
"Why didn't you?" Sersi asked.
"Because without their flaws... they wouldn't be human,'' Druig said as he turned back to look at Thena.
"Please Druig, you can't stay here anymore, these deviants are keeping killing, they have a conscience now, which makes them more dangerous,'' Sersi said.
"It doesn't, it makes them us... Eternals, deviants... Arishem's children, but you're asking me to take over the mind of a celestial, I don't have that kind of power,'' Druig said.
"We'll need Phastos,'' Sersi said.
"Well, good luck, he gave up on humans a long time ago,'' Druig said as he watched Thena pour Gilgamesh's ashes into the river.
