Hours had passed since the group of teens had arrived at the Autobot's base, filled with questions, they couldn't help but spew them all at once. Optimus could barely catch up with their questions but of course, he answered them.

"I know we've asked a shit ton of questions but I think we can agree, we really need to know what this Realm of Primes is," Ash said.

"Ah, of course." Prime sat down near the group. "The Realm of Primes is a powerful relic created by Primus and the Thirteen Primes to destroy Unicron, the chaos bringer, but once the primes found out that destroying Unicorn would also destroy Primus as well," Prime paused, "After Unicorn was put into stasis. The Primes sent the relic drifting through space so it wouldn't get into the wrong hands and it was never seen again" he said.

The group muttered among themselves and still had so many questions, Andrew walked up to Prime.

"So, how does that make us this powerful relic? I don't get it," Andrew asked, desperately trying to understand.

"Simple," Ratchet said, still glued to his screen. "The one eye you all have is cybertronian, which is impossible for a human to have, it also states in The Covenant of Primes that today, the five Realm of Primes shall be found, meaning that the relic broke into five parts and created life once it landed on earth, aka, you five" he said, turning to the group.

The teens didn't know how to process the information. Were they really some relic? It would explain why they were so different, but it still didn't seem right, and Koda simply would not accept this.

"You know what? Screw this!" Koda yelled, stomping off to the elevator in the building.

"Koda, where ya going?" Ash asked, raising an eyebrow. He knew Koda's temper well, and it was just another one of his fits.

"Where else? The shithole that we call home!" Koda snapped, and smashed a fist against the up button. He walked in and the box began its journey upward.

Brooke sighed, "I'll go get him," they ran to the elevator and pressed the call button, while shouting for Koda.

As Brooke made their way into the elevator when it came down. Prime watched as Brooke left, then looked at the others as if he did something, they reassured him that Koda was just flustered, though they didn't know why.

Meanwhile, Brooke was trying to catch up, calling out to him.

Koda turned around and looked at Brooke, "What? I'm not going back down there, no way in hell!"

Brooke ran up to koda. "You have to! One, you're gonna get lost. These woods are really thick! Second, what's better? Staying safe with the good giant robots or getting caught by the bad ones?"

Koda stood silently for a moment, then broke the silence with a sigh, "Fine, you got a point."

Brooke clapped their hands in excitement, grabbed Koda's hand and led him back to the base. Koda's face flushed red, but he was still irked about the whole situation.

They made their way back down into the base, when they arrived at the bottom, Prime was talking to the other three. He was talking about something along the lines of assigning an Autobot protector to each of the teens. He turned back and saw them stepping out from the elevator.

"Your back, and at just the perfect moment! I was just explaining that, for your protection, you all will be assigned a guardian. Raylee will be with Bumblebee, Azriel with Ratchet, Andrew with Bulkhead, Brooke will be paired with Prowl, and Koda, you will be with me," Prime said with a smile.

Each teen walked to their assigned Autobots and started a conversation, some nervously and others willingly. Yet Koda just stood there. Prime approached Koda and kneeled, trying to start a conversation with him, but didn't say much beyond a few short, shallow responses.

After some time, a woman's voice could be heard angrily yelling Prime's name from the elevator.

"Prime!" The woman yelled again, stepping out of the elevator, "I just got word that cons attacked a Walmart in Iron Mountain, Michigan, did you know about this?"

"Yes, Agent Rubben, I am perfectly aware. We took care of the problem before it could escalate," Prime said, calmly standing up.

"Ok, sure, but I believe that there are thousands of dollars in property damage! And now, it's all on m-!" Ruben's head shot toward the group of teens, then snapped back to Prime. "Why in the hell are there children here? How did they get in here?"

"Well you see-" Prime was cut off as Rubben approached the teens.

"You five! Addresses and names, now! Your parents are probably worried sick about yall!" Rubben said as she grabbed her phone to call someone while turning around to glare at prime.

The group was quiet, they were almost embarrassed to say, until Andrew said bluntly, "Don't got any parents."

Ruben almost dropped her phone, and slowly looked back at the group.

"Yeah- yeah, we're orphans" Brooke said. "We're all we got," Raylee muttered, looking away.

The room went quiet, what they said echoed through the building. Some of the teens' eyes began to water, while the others stayed silent, caring little, or hiding their annoyance.

"I'm- I'm so sorry," she said, her expression softening.

The group just nodded, some wiped away their tears, and Ruben looked back at Prime.

"You'd better have a good explanation for this," she growled, glaring at him.

Prime nodded, "I do,"

It took some time for Prime to explain everything, and it took the same amount of time for Ruben to understand. She looked back at the teens and closed her eyes. "If they are some relic, they need to stay here." She advised, "Come with me, I've got a plan," she waved her hand. The teens were confused but followed her.

Ruben took the teens to their orphanage, Koda, Brooke, and Andrew were nervous, Raylee paid no mind to the drive, and Ash let himself be lost to thought. Ruben assured them they were going to be ok, and they all walked inside. The lady at the front desk saw the group and frowned slightly, the teens looked uncomfortable, though Ash and Andrew had smug grins on their faces.

Ruben walked up to the desk lady and was straight to the point, she requested to adopt the five teens. The teen's hearts dropped, they didn't know how to feel about this, Ash and Andrew's smug smirks had turned to dropped jaws, Koda and Brooke grew massive smiles, while Raylee kept a gentle smirk with a bright light in her eyes. The desk lady smiled and led Ruben to a room to work through a mass of paperwork and advised the teens to go to their rooms for now.

A few hours passed and the desk lady dropped by the teen's rooms and told them to pack the things they were taking to their new home. The teens were ecstatic. They finally had a proper home. They ran out of their rooms laughing and hugging each other, Ash and Raylee trying to keep away from the physical contact as best they could. They met Ruben outside and they all hugged her, though a fee gave awkward side hugs. She smiled and helped them put their belongings into the car and took them back to the Autobot base.

Once they got back the teens took their things into a massive open room and began packing. As they did,, Ruben stayed behind to talk to Prime.

"What was your plan?" Prime asked.

"I adopted them, so they could be here where it's safe, and finally have a real home... but you need to keep an eye on them. From now on, you are their parental garden," Ruben said, side-eyeing prime.

Prime smiled, he was happy to be able to help the group to feel safe and at home. He wanted nothing more.

Four out of the five ran out of their room and to their Autobot protectors spilling their emotions in varying ways, and it made prime's spark feel warm yet he noticed Koda wasn't there, he walked to the teen's new room and saw Koda was still setting his little space up. He looked happy, and that was enough for Prime to feel joyous.

Even though Prime didn't know the teens very well, he was extremely excited to get to know them. Not only did he have to learn their personalities, what they like, everything. Though one thing worried him, now he had to learn how to be a father to these teenagers.
