It had been a few months since the incident at school, and the group of teens had been stuck in the Autobot's base under strict supervision. The teens were all hanging out in their massive room, enjoying their individual activities to keep themselves busy. Koda, as always, somehow found a way to climb up to the thick wires on the ceiling.Ash on the other side of the room watched Koda. He got up from his bed and smirked. "Hey Koda!" He yelled out. "Take a look at this!"
Koda hung upside down on a thick, large wire and watched as Ash walked up the wall without problem. Koda nearly fell off of his wire in shock.
"Wait, what? How the hell?!" Koda said with wide eyes.
"Ratchet told me that I was something called an Insecticon, it's like a bug robot, and I found out last night out of boredom that I can climb up walls and the ceiling no problem!" Ash proudly said, crawling to koda.
"Lucky ass! I'm just a normal cybertronian compared to y'all!" Koda said, crossing his arms.
"Well, you're not the only normal cybertronian!" Andrew said as he punched his punching bag.
"Shut up! Ratchet said you can fly!" Koda said, carefully climbing down.
For a few hours, Koda, Ash, and Andrew were messing with their abilities while Brooke and Raylee laid in their bed watching videos and playing video games.
Andrew groaned in frustration and pressed his forehead on his punching bag. "I'm bored!" He whined.
The other sighed as a response. "Tell me about it," Raylee said, sitting up.
"How long has it been? Three, four months?" Ash said.
"I think... about two? I don't even know," Brooke said, stretching in their bed.
"Feels much fuckin' longer," Andrew groaned.
They all sat there in silence before Koda's head popped up, "You hear that?" He said.
The others look at koda in confusion. "Hear what?" Ash asked.
"That sound... It sounds like..." Koda walked over to the door, "The Ground Bridge" he said, looking at the other, smirking.
Everyone knew that shit-eating smile, Koda had a plan and a good one. Koda explained to the others for them to sneak through the ground bridge, watch the bots doing whatever they were doing, then sneak back through the ground bridge without them even knowing.
Andrew and Ash swiftly agreed to the idea, though Raylee and Brooke didnt take to it so readily and forced themselves to go along with it. The teens snuck out of their room and hid behind a machine near the ground bridge. They watched as the bots talked about an abandoned Decepticon war ship before walking through the swarling purple vortex and, when the time was right, the teens quickly followed just before the bridge closed.
On the other side the teens found themselves surrounded by countless trees in a wooded area with hills and mountains far on the nearly unseeable horizon. The air they stepped into was bitterly chill, biting at their skin immediately.
They waited, hiding in the shrubbery, and kept silent until the coast was clear enough to venture around. They ran about and around, taking in the crisp air as their bodies warmed. They gradually made their way up a steep hill, some running, most walking. Atop the hill, a colossal, almost unimaginable construct laid on the close distance.
They looked at each other, then back to see Koda already making a dead sprint towards the massive structure. Andrew laughed and Ash cackled as they chased after their friend, within moments, Ash had already caught up to Koda. Brooke and Raylee cautiously tagged along.
