Almost an hour has passed and the two had finished settling down.

It was the evening and they decided to just have a walk and check out the places and the activities they could do for the next couple days.

"Ggukie, are you ready? Hurry up!!" Taehyung shouted from across the living room, making sure to grab his wallet and phone.

"I'M CUMMING HYUNGIE!!" the other yelled out from the bathroom, scurrying threw his little bag of make up.

He let out a tiny giggle as his hands found the lip gloss he recently bought out of curiosity.

He gently traced the lip gloss across his lips, looking at the mirror to not mess anything up.

Smacking his lips together, he gazed at himself looking ever so pretty, plus the light tone of lip gloss that made his lips give off a soft shade of red.

Placing the lip gloss back in his bag and giving himself a last glance, he marched out of the bathroom and bounced his way to the older.

"How do I look hyungie?" Jungkook batted his eyelashes and tilted his head to the side, curly bangs falling over his doe eyes.

Taehyung stopped in his tracks, his body stilled as his eyes ran over each inch of the younger. But what caught his attention the most was the younger's lips.

They looked so pretty. Not that they weren't pretty before but something about them just looked so......captivating.

The older was stuck in a trance, just purely admiring Jungkook's natural beauty.

Jungkook rose his brow up. Why was the older so silent?

Does he look that bad?

Jungkook bit his bottom lip in nervousness, hallucinating Taehyung into staring at it more intensely.

Taehyung's mind felt like a tornado as the younger sucked on his bottom lip.

"H-hyungie? Why are you not saying anything? D-do I look that bad?" Jungkook stuttered out, a hint of anxiety laced in his voice.

Why did he care so much about what the older thinks?

Why did the other's opinion bother him so much?

Taehyung shook his head to get rid of unwanted thoughts.

"No Ggukie, you look pretty. So damn pretty...." he whispered, stepping closer to the younger.

"Especially your lips. They look absolutely bright and soft today."

Jungkook blushed. Eyes averting elsewhere.

"I-I applied some lip gloss..."

"Hmm.." Taehyung hummed, thumb tracing Jungkook's bottom lip, a small tint of cherry red has left its trace on Taehyung's finger.

"It looks good on you."

"T-thank you.." Jungkook giggled, red dust sprinkling his cheeks.

Soon enough, the two left the hotel room to explore what's outside.

They walked in silence, watching the neon lights that's shining behind a couple of trees, must be the amusement park.

It was so peaceful. The soft breeze and the pretty night sky that's covered in tiny shiny diamonds.

"Ah, this is nice." Taehyung breathed out, looking around as they strolled around the place.

The beach was just 5 minutes away but they decided to go there the next day because it's dark and cold due to it being 8pm at night.

All of a sudden, Jungkook gasped and pulled on Taehyung's hand as he ran towards a small cafe, practically dragging the older behind him like a teddy bear.

"Ggukie Ggukie, wait, slow down brat!" Taehyung shouted as Jungkook ran like a child chasing a butterfly.

"Hurry up grandpa!!" Jungkook giggled as he watched the older run like a 70 year old man, finding it amusing like the brat he is.

"You little, little...wait let me catch my breath first." Taehyung pleaded, bending down to catch his breath.

Jungkook laughed and pulled on Taehyung's arm again.

"Come on hyungie, do your grandpa thing later. I want to eat. My tummy is hungry!!" Jungkook whined, passive aggressively pulling the older as they entered the tiny cafe.

"It smells so good hyungie!"

Taehyung chuckled at his childish best friend who happens to have a very sweet tooth.

Hence why the younger can't last a day or two without having something sugary in his mouth.

They picked a table near the window and searched through the menu, looking over the multiple options of different pastries and soft drinks.

Jungkook practically gawking at the colorful desserts with his mouth opened wide.

A waiter has finally approached them to ask for their orders.

"I'll have some chocolate raspberry cake and hot chocolate." the older smiled.

"Can I have a strawberry cheesecake with a chocolate chip muffin and a strawberry milkshake please?"

The waiter hummed and wrote down their orders.

"Alright, your orders will be ready in 5 minutes."

With that, the waiter left them alone before coming back with their orders.

The two left the cafe after they finished eating.

"Hyungie, can we go to the swings please???" Jungkook bounced in excitement and pointed towards the empty park where the swings were.

"Of course bun, let's go."

Once they reached the park, they sat on the swings side by side and started swinging.

Their first night was spent quite peacefully. Just occasional talks and giggles between two best friends who have yet to discover what's stored in the future for them.
