I never thought it would end like this, actually I always new this would happen one day, someone I had once called friend, would be aiming a gun at me.

Before the zombie apocalypse I was a very nice person, sometimes, a professional gamer, assassin and had surved in the military
The day it started was like any other, got up around 7:00 had a shower, found out that more people had died from a strange new flue, then I text one of my old friends from high school Ayla.
For weeks she had been bugging me to watch AVATAR the last air bender, so that night I had stayed up watching it, and now I'm exceptionally tired. Through out the day I got harassed by students like I do most day's , but today some of the students didn't look to good.

Then during lunch while I was surving lunch, the screams started, it sounded like people were being murderd. So being the curious humans that we are me and some of the other people from the cafeteria went to look at what the screems were coming from, that's when we saw them, some people were eating other people.
Everyone immediately looked at me as if I did this, " I had nothing to do with this shit I yell" the zombies look up at use and start to head to ward use. "Go, run" I yell as two of the zombies grab Brad and pull him to the ground. I just watch as he's eaten alive. All around me people are being eaten.
After years of being picked on by the people that need saving I question saving them, but I'm not a mean person, all the time, so I run to the cafeteria, grab two of the knives from the dry storage and run down the school hallway avoiding zombies and stabbing a few in the face along the way until a see Jonah in the gym fending off some zombies.
"Need some help" I yelled.
"Nick why'd you start a zombie apocalypse you ass" he asked.
"Why does everyone thing that I started this?" I ask as I start stabbing zombies in the head.
Jonah quickly responds after pushing a zombie down and caving its skull in with a wait "because your always telling use how your going to start a zombie apocalypse just so you can freely kill people without consequences" I think about what he said as I look down at the zombie with the wait in its skull "well that's depressing" I say only to have Jonah just looks up at me.
As we start to head out of the gym a group of zombies head toward us "I won't say this often Jonah, but we won't win this if we stay, we can't save anyone there all dead. Let's head home and gather supplies then meet at the skate park in 30"
I say as we run out of the school.
Only to be stopped by the police, who think we just murdered someone "it's not murder if they are already dead and trying to eat you" both say.
Just then the zombies come bursting through the front of the school. The police aim there guns at use run I yell to Jonah, you know we're to meet.
As we head our separate ways only one thought crossed my mind it's happening, it's finally happened it's the end of the world as we know it as I head home I play the song ready to fight from my zombie apocalypse playlist on my phone.
Who knows maybe this whole people coming back from the dead thing won't be so bad. All I know is that I won't ever be the same.
I am ready to fight, I will no longer hide in the shadows like a coward. My time to be someone has come. I am no longer useless, I may be alone forever like I always was, but at least it will be fun. 😋
