🏰 JEONGIN'S HOUSE 🏰
Chan was not as mad as he had been before but he had a very scary aura surrounding him so Jeongin kept a distance without being too far so that he could show the way to Chan.
Chan had a lot of thoughts going in his mind. He went over and over Jeongin's surname asking himself why the heck it sounded familiar. He was sure he had heard it before somewhere. But he couldn't pinpoint where exactly he heard it.
"This is the h-house." Jeongin's voice cuts through his thoughts. He turned around and followed Jeongin's finger direction to a huge mansion with a gilded silver door and red flower arrangements on the edges. A flicker of recognition ran through his brain as an image popped up. But the door in the image had splattered blood on it while this one was spotless and glittered in the sun.
Chan shuddered. He went up to the door and knocked on it. He waited for about 10 minutes before knocking on it louder than before. It finally opened and then Chan stiffened. It suddenly became clear why everything about this house and Jeongin's surname seemed familiar. The frown on the man's face in the house who had opened the door immediately brightened and a smirk made its way to his face.
"Well, well, well if it isn't our precious Bang Chan." The old man rasped and he brought a hand to allow Chan to shake which Chan ignored and stared at the old man hard. "Apologies sir but i have no time for niceties." He growled out. The other man's face hardened and his eyes narrowed once he spotted his son pacing nervously behind Chan.
"Jeongin come here!" He said in a harsh tone. Jeongin scurried up the steps but was stopped by Chan's arm blocking his way. "Sir, I'm here to speak to you about your son." Chan spoke glaring at the man. "What do you mean? Jeongin! You tell me right this instant what you're doing with this lowlife dog!!!" He demanded, a look of pure fury on his face.
"D-dad he's my mate." Jeongin said quietly even though he knew his father would catch it on account of his vampire hearing. There was silence. Only the hoot of a lonely owl in the distance breaking it. Jeongin shivered when he lifted his head to see what his father was thinking. The coldness in his father's eyes made Jeongin stand a little closer to Chan and he grabbed a handful of Chan's shirt in both hands.
Chan stepped back and closer to Jeongin when he witnessed the dangerous glint in Mr.Yang's eyes. "Get in." He said in the coldest voice. Then he disappeared into the mansion leaving the door wide open.
Chan turned around to Jeongin who looked up at him with tired eyes. Chan warmly smiled to reassure the younger before grabbing his hand and going inside.
Δ YANG LIVING ROOM Δ
They sat on the couch they were led to by a maid. Jeongin scooted closer to Chan and pressed up against for the air was chilly around them. "You know my father?" Jeongin asked curiously cocking his head to one side like a puppy. Chan cooed and patted Jeongin's head. "Let's just say it wasn't peasant to know him." He said a little uneasily. Jeongin nodded his head like an obedient puppy and nuzzled into Chan's side but they were interrupted by a flurry at the living room entrance.
Jeongin's mom rushed into the room, her hair wild and wearing a nightgown. "Jeongin baby where are you?" she yelled as she looked around frantically. Jeongin noted she wasn't wearing her eyeglasses. "Mama" He cried before shooting off the couch and into his mother's arms. She cried and hugged him tightly. It was only thanks to the fact that he was vampire himself he was not crushed immediately in her embrace. She cries and her scent goes feral causing her wings to sprout out of her back and suddenly Chan can't see Jeongin. He's completely engulfed in his mother's embrace.
