THE DANGER ALERT - LOVE

Only with a ray of hope.

Just before an hour, she met her baby which was growing inside her for the first time, her heartbeat raced and at the same time, she felt hope with that news. She was not ready to hide it anymore from him. Her husband must know that she's pregnant and they are expecting a ray of hope in their life. She cursed herself for not telling this to him when she got to know about the news last night. But now, there's no use in thinking about that. Now she has been arrested, by a woman whom she asked for help and trapped herself here. And she's in police custody right now. And she knew what to do! Even she has happened to die right here, she will never tell any spark of information about her husband.

"Mrs. Oberoi. The wife of the last Oberoi who is alive." Ariana, the undercover cop who arrested her smirked with her tone. Her tone created havoc in her stomach, but she remained calm with her facial expression. She stood up from the chair and roamed around her making her heartbeat irregular.

"Anika Rana. Profession: Assistant professor, Major in Journalism. It's quite a far journey from a professor to a wife of a powerful mafia." She asked, in a few seconds, Anika recalled every moment from her marriage to her life before an hour.

"We are pretty impressed with your profile, Ms. Rana. You are courageous enough to call off your wedding with a corrupted politician's rapist son and expose them. But now, she's ended up marrying a thousand times corrupted person than him." She said, her marriage was the second trap that was thrown for her by her father. But she planned smartly, used all her influence with her journalist friend, recorded a piece of their conversation where the groom accepted all the crimes. She further had to record her father's statement who knew everything about that for blackmailing him. She wasn't guilty of it. But now, she was comparing that filthy man with her husband, and she couldn't be able to control her anger.

"STOP COMPARING MY HUSBAND WITH THAT MAN, I WARN YOU." Anika lost her temper on Ariana. Instead, she chuckled at her.

"Darling, this is the truth, just because he kept you away from his dark life, it doesn't mean he's innocent," Ariana said in a calm tone.

"He's corrupted! And you left with no options to accept this." She said turning the laptop to her side. Her heart skipped a beat when she saw the young version of the shivaay picture slide showing on her laptop. He was raw, cruel out of all, he didn't have any guilty towards anything. He was also spotted with many criminals, and Ariana started to explain his crimes one by one like he smuggled 6 ton of cocaine across Asia at an early age.

"You know what does it mean? 6 ton of Cocaine." She asked. Anika didn't match her eyelids with her.

"I will explain it to you in a perfect way. It costs lakhs and lakhs of people's life, And that Oberoi played with them. He destroyed them. Even now, you think he's not corrupted." Ariana asked. Anika matched her eyelids with her but didn't say anything.

"And I have a surprise for you, I don't know whether you will enjoy this surprise in this condition, but you have to see this," Ariana said and played the video, she was shocked to see her father being beaten up by his men to an extent, and at last, her husband arrived, her father crawled to his feet when he was speaking with him holding an iPad in his hand, even though she didn't hear any audio, she was sure, her father would be begging for his life. Her heartbeat raised and fell when she saw her father in the most helpless state, even though she hated her father, she couldn't see him in that state. But in a few seconds, shivaay asked for a slaughter knife in his hand, in a fluttering second, he cut off his arm from his body and the blood splashed all over the place. Anika shut the laptop in a second.

"And you still believe he's innocent?" Ariana asked, but Anika couldn't control her raising heartbeat. Her eyes were shutting down, but she kept them open.

"He didn't have a bloody choice." She finally spoke, tears crossed from her eyes when she looked at her straight to straight. He didn't have any choice other than to do it. 

"That's not a point here, Anika. He's behind all this." Ariana confirmed. While then, a cop arrived inside and informed something Ariana which made her flash an evil smile on her face.

"Your husband is in the call, darling," Ariana smirked again and left the place.

After 10 minutes...

"Your husband put on a crazy condition before surrendering himself," Ariana told her when she was still astonished by the events that happened with her. Shivaay knew about her arrest, and he was ready to surrender himself, for her? And she didn't want this to happen, his brothers died, and he already told her what outcome of would be surrendering to the police, they will never take a moment to kill him after taking out all the information from him. Her heartbeat dropped and she collapsed on the floor, next moment.

When she opened her eyes in a jerk realizing the situation she was in, she felt a tight hold in her palm. That hold was too tight, her eyes watered when she realized who was the person behind it. She didn't want to leave that hold ever in her life. Even the entire world turns around him, she will be staying with him, living with him, and die happily with him. She didn't know how much time have passed, but something told her that she will never get to feel this moment ever and that ached her more.

"I lived my forever with you, my love. Thank you for coming into my life, angel" She heard him saying. That was the closure. He was right, she has the power to collapse his entire world. And she did that without her knowledge.

Before 3 hours.

"Did you have your breakfast?" Shivaay asked his mother-in-law when he saw her immersed in the painting. She turned around and smiled widely at him. Never in this life, shivaay thought he will ever get an opportunity to call someone mom. But it again happened because of his angel who changed his life into a more meaningful one.

"Come inside." She invited him. He walked inside her room with a smiley face.

"This is my new painting, how is it?" She asked in a delighted tone, he was proud that he was the first person whom his mother-in-law got attached first. Whenever he thinks back to his reason behind getting attached to her so easily the only answer that awakens his mind was his mom, her voice, her face, and the way she introduced the world to him. Until he was in her shadow, the entire world was pure and good. And in the contrast, the entire world turned dark when he was under the influence of his grandfather. He will never resist himself from giving this credit to his wife that she is his angel who brought him to light.

"Brilliant." He was awestruck when he saw a lady (painted in yellow) holding a man (painted in red) by her stomach to her child in her stomach who painted in orange. It was a brilliant illustration. Shivaay's chest hardened for no reason.

"I saw Anika pregnant in my dream last night." Her mom said when shivaay felt difficult to come out of the dream. Her words shook him apart even he knew she couldn't get pregnant due to complications caused when she got abused.

"This is you." Her mom pointed out the man's painting. He couldn't speak anything.

"This is Anika" She pointed out the lady in yellow. He couldn't take it even though it was a mere imagination.

"This is your baby." She pointed out the baby in her stomach who cocooned inside the stomach. He couldn't be able to recover from her words.

"Beautiful, Maa." He exclaimed.

"I don't think I deserve this happy life." The words came out of his mouth without his knowledge. The first thing that came into his mind when he thinks about his children didn't deserve to have a corrupted father like him. Having Anika in his life was something he would be always grateful for, and he knew he didn't deserve her either.

"You know we shouldn't be thinking about anything so intense, because the stars above us know where to take us and what we deserve!" Her mom said out of a sudden which provoked a lopsided smile in his face along with a ray of hope. But his mind stopped working when he got a call from Khanna telling Anika was arrested by an undercover cop who was roaming in the city in the search of him. All he could think was to save her at any cost. Even it costs his life, he will happily sacrifice for his lady love.
