He uses a light hammer and wears the old helmet of the mask maker even if he will never make masks.
He has no dimension of his own and rules the sun closest to us but ultimately still answers to tahu. He is weaker then anyone of the trio. Ultra ray also fights Iapetus daily trying to claim the moon and create balance of sun and moon however Iapetus doesn't lose he continues rising the moon as he does sometime during day others during night which is why the moon can be seen at day and is not always full.
