KevEdd : It Didn't Start Like this

Episode 16: Edd and Kevin

Edd ran towards Kevin, flinging his arms around the guy's waist.
His face was burning.
"That is quite embarassing, Kevin! Why would you do such a thing?!"
He was flustered after seeing the huge poster with his face on it.
Prom? It said. Will you go? It said.
"Well...for you I would." Kevin lifted up Double D's face.
"What do you say?"
Edd could feel tears drop from his eyes.
"Kevin!"
"I'm guessing that's a yes?"
Edd just nodded as he dug his face into Kevin's chest
The crowd applauded.
"Congrats you guys!" and "Yea!" was heard.
Edd had forgotten there were so many people who saw this...and the poster!
The poster which had a picture of him...
"Ahh! Kevin! May I take that down now?!" Edd let go of Kevin and pointed at the poster.
Kevin took Edd by his waist.
"Hmph..Why? I want everyone to see my guy."
"Y-your guy?!" Edd's face flushed even more. It was by the second, getting more and more red.

Kevin waited. And waited. And waited.
"Edd!? Are you ready yet?!"
"Ahh..Kevin. If you could just.."
"That's it. I'm coming up there!"
"Wahh! Noo! Kevin!"
Kevin climbed up the stairs despite Edd's request for him to wait.
He barged in the room.
Edd stood at the dresser, in front of mirror, looking at Kevin.
"Ahh...well you see.."
His hands were shaky, the tie in his hand undone, around his neck.
"I just can't seem to..."
Kevin chuckled which broke into a loud laugh.
"You dork. Why didn't you call sooner?"
"I knew you would laugh!"
Kevin walked up to Edd and took the tie. He admired the scent of shampoo, the faintness of cologne. Kevin got closer to Double D. He took the boy's head and got closer to his neck.
Edd fidgeted. He blushed.
"You smell really nice dork."
"I would prefer you not call me that!" Edd said, thrown off by the statement.
Kevin licked Edd's ear.
"Wah?!" Edd jumped.
"I'm just teasing you." Kevin winked at the smaller boy. He adjusted Double D's tie and patted his head.
"Let's go!"
He took Edd's hand and turned to take a step. He was held back.
Edd spun Kevin around and kissed him. He became dominant of the situation and he let go.
"Don't tease me like that."
Edd walked out the door.
"We'll continue later."
Kevin was dumbfounded.
"Ahh right!!!"
He ran after Edd, closing the door.
"Off to prom we go! Then back to it!"
Kevin gave Edd a goofy grin, lovestruck.
Edd giggled.
"Yea...back to it."
