I watched as Edd walked away. That dork...I don't want him to leave me...
Edd's POD:
I didn't feel so well after that argument with Eddy...
How do I make him understand?
Wait! I set down my satchel and textbook. I hastily tried to find it. It was something that we did as a joke, but it actually tells the truth.
"Got it!"
Now...I'll just wait until I see him again.
Kevin's POD:
School just ended and I have no idea where the dork is. Am I still going to walk home with him? I don't know.
Just then, I see a familiar black beanie and red shirt kid.
"H-" I try to say...but I remembered we have to stay away from each other.
I sighed. He's trying to get us to be "permitted" by his friend, but what is distance going to do?
Edd's POD:
I practically scurried out of school. I had to catch up to them. They have classes closer to the exit, so they would wait for me and we would walk home together...but now...
I saw Kevin. He tried to call me.
I find it adorable when he's indecisive.
I hurried past everybody. Kevin, I'll talk to you later.
I slowed down when I saw a short boy and a taller one. My friends...I'll get you back. I smiled.
"Guys! Stop right there!" I yelled.
Eddy jumped, and Ed turned around smiling.
"Gahh, what do you want?" said an annoyed Eddy.
"I want you guys back. That's what I want. Just here-"
"Oh you want us back? After we tried to protect you from-"
"He's not dangerous! Guys, just listen."
I calmed down a bit.
"Just come." I mumbled as I pushed both boys to my house.
Eddy squirmed, but followed. Ed smiled and let himself in my house.
They sat down on the couch. I set down three bracelets.
"What the hell?!" Eddy exclaimed. "You still have them!?" He started to laugh, but looked at me and pouted. "I'm still mad..."
Ed smiled and clapped his hands. "Double D!!! Yours says dork! Mine says idiot, and Eddy's says...Leader?" He questioned the bracelet.
"Eddy..Ed...remember when we made these?" I asked.
"Hmmph..No! Why would I know!" He turned his face away from me.
"Oh I do, it was somewhere around...Christmas. We made them with Sarah's kit,too!" Ed laughed.
I turned the bracelets around, Eddy looked and instantly smiled.
"The E club, huh? That reference..." He laughed.
"Wait I have one more thing!" I got up as I remembered it. I looked through the drawer filled with DVDs. It was labeled "friends"
I played it.
It was a compilation of pictures of all our "scams". It also included the "famous title sequence" that we made.
"Haha!" Eddy was caught up in a laugh attack.
Ed looked at me. "We missed you Double D!" He hugged me. He looked at Eddy and motioned him over.
"Humph...look I'm glad we're friends again...I guess I can deal with the garbage piece you picked as a boyfriend...but hugging...okay fine!" He walked over and hugged me and Ed. Ed took out his arm and hugged Eddy. He squeezed us like he usually does.
Kevin's POD:
I watched them the whole time. Grr...they're hugging him. Not fair. At least they made up.
I grinned. That means I can get close to Double D now!
"Yes!!!" I screamed as I put my fist up.
I looked out my window again, I saw them look up at me. Eddy made a face, Ed waved, and Double D smiled.
I blushed. I'm turning into a wimp.
Edd's POD:
"Does that mean Kevin will give us jawbreakers!?" Eddy said as he jumped up and down childishly.
"Eddy.." I pouted.
Ed whimpered. "Ask him?" He whispered.
I smiled. "Fine guys, I'll ask."
Things are back to normal.
