"Ok the food here is actual shit," Elle exclaims as she sets down her fork on the tray. "And it's so fucking cold here!"

"Just because you're skinny as hell and never eat doesn't mean the food sucks" Roxy remarks while reading her copy of Harper's Bazaar.

"You're such a bitch, can't you tone it down for Teddy at least?" Elle says as she turns toward her. They both erupt into laughter at Elle's statement. Roxy, stopping being a bitch? Ok, when pigs fly.

"Where is Teddy anyways? He's taking a long time in that bathroom." Roxy looks down the aisle of the plane and only sees sleepy grumpy passengers watching their blockbuster movies.

"I dunno, but I'm worried about him. He's been acting strange, and he doesn't do that often."

"Do you think it's still Paul?" Elle asks.

"Who else can it fucking be? Honestly Elle sometimes I'm wondering where you are mentally" Roxy remarks and goes back to her magazine.

"You're such a bitch"

Soon enough Teddy came stumbling through the aisle, sniffling. He silently sat in his seat, buckled his seatbelt and stared at his screen in front of him while Elle and Roxy looked at him nervously.

"Hey, are you okay?" Elle asks as she grabs Teddy's shoulder caringly.

Teddy turns to Elle and quickly answers "Yea I'm good, you know I must have eaten something bad, and there was a huge line for the bathroom anyways but yea I'm good now." Roxy looks back at the empty aisle behind her and stares at Patrick with a worried expression. Roxy and Elle make eye contact and know Teddy doesn't want to talk about Paul. Instead, they shift the conversation topic.

"Honestly I can't believe we're flying coach. You'd think the Oscar wins would at least make our agents book first class." Elle uncomfortably grabbed her blanket and sniffed it. No one answered and an uncomfortable silence fell over the three of them. Roxy leaned into the aisle to see what the older lady next to her was watching. It turned out to be Edward Scissorhands, one of Roxy's first movies. With a smile, Roxy leaned toward her and said, "You know, I play Kim. The blonde wing will probably throw you off." Her smile was so wide the older lady looked back at her with the same expression. Roxy loved to talk about movies, they were her life.

Elle leaned over Teddy and told the older lady "And Edward, him and I are kinda dating right now" Elle's smile matched Roxy's, but Teddy could only make out a faint one because of what was on his mind.

The three of them were on a plane ride to New York City from Los Angeles. They were planning on living in Roxy's penthouse there so they could stay away from the paparazzi during Teddy's breakup. They left so fast Roxy only told Elle and Teddy to pack one suitcase full of clothes and the rest of the amenities she would buy for them. That's what friends do, you know? Shit happens, but you get through it because of each other.

Initially, Teddy didn't want to move to the big apple. He told his friends repeatedly that he was fine, he would get over it, and that he'd begin work on a new movie soon enough. However, when Elle found him sobbing into his ice cream tub in the corner of his apartment, she called
Roxy and told her an intervention was needed.

So, their plan was hatched. Roxy's new movie was going to be filming in New York City anyways, and Johnny happened to be doing some press in the city for another one of his movies. If you haven't caught on yet, Elle and Johnny Depp are an item. They got together after Roxy insisted Johnny and her never had a fling on the set of Scissorhands. After this piece of useful information, Elle immediately accepted Johnny's romantic pursuits. And so that part of the story has been established. Moving on...
