The room is dark and ominous. Floors are painted with a mixture of disgusting hues. The walls are worn-out and old. The room isn't well kept. Chains hanging everywhere, covered with rust and a familiar red liquid. Splatters of dried blood underneath most of it. What could this room be?

Oh right, this is a cell. Where Killua and Y/n are held restrained on the chains. Killua's wrists and Y/n's ankles are held tightly by the chains. In front of them is a person with a pink shirt and squinty eyes. His hand held a whip, occasionally whipping their bare skin that tears in every contact to the painful leather.

This is their punishment. This is the karma that they experienced because they simply wanted freedom. They wanted to be normal. To be a child...

But they are used to it. This, their caged life, their planned future, the training, corpse, killings, assassinations, murderer, murderer, murderer... They are used to all of this...

It wasn't their intention to be born in this family. A family that is filled with murderers. They didn't want this. But frankly, they can't do anything to stop this.

"Have you learned your lesson little bros?"

The mocking sound annoyed them slightly, but they never showed it. It will only fuel his cruel satisfaction. It'll only make him more aggressive, harsher. This is the remaining dignity left. They can't lose it this early.

"You shut up you Otaku. Why don't you just lock yourself up in your room and do kissy-kissy with your figurines." Y/n mocked, his voice strained from hanging upside-down. It was always like this. Both of them had the same punishment. But his punishment is a little bit different from Killua based on how torturous they are. They put it up a notch. More painful, harsher. It is crystal clear who their mom favors more. Who their dad is proud of. The person that is born with an amazing talent, with immediate potential. A prodigy.

While the other is... more normal. Average. Not special. The failed clone of the other. Always the second, the sidekick, the follower, the slave. Then he turned into this... abomination. Who would their parents choose?

The heir, or its copy?

The twins laughed mockingly. Their eyes filled with dark mischief that a kid shouldn't have. Eyes held a sinister glint, yet one is darker than the other.

Milluki gritted his teeth and close his hands into a tight fist. He held his whip high and slammed it to their bodies harder than before. Every whip leaves a bright red mark, that will turn into deep purple later on. Y/n always hates scars on his body, it makes him feel ugly and dirty for some reason. Probably because he had never been treated like Killua. With proud eyes, adoration. He never receives any of that. And yet he craves it. He wanted it. He is weaker than his younger twin brother, yes, but that doesn't mean he is weak to other opponents!

He is a Zoldyck. Learned from the best of the best. To be a useful tool.

He can never truly blame Killua for being the favored one between the two. While he is the older twin, Killua was the one that they wanted to have. A strong kid who inherited one of the most powerful powers in their bloodline. He is a mere mistake to their parents' eyes. Having twins wasn't the plan. He wasn't supposed to exist. And yet here he is, in all his glory. Shamelessly forcing his way to the family.

Don't get him wrong. He was never been treated that worse. Their neglect of Alluka is definitely one of the most fucked up things that they can do. But it is clear how much favoritism plays in his everyday life with Killua. But nonetheless. Killua is still his brother that is there when he needed someone beside him. He remembers his twin climbing in the bed they are sharing till now and hugging him as he cried onto KIllua's shoulders.

Suddenly, their mother approaches them. It is clear that their mother is reluctant to tell them something. But nevertheless announced that there is some kids that wanted to see them both by training to open the gates. When they heard the certain boy's name.

Their eyes brighten.

"So, what I will do is protect you, right?"

"That is right. Why do you ask?"

"Where are they?"

The blue-haired male turned his attention from his papers to the long-haired Zoldyck, blinking his eyes in innocence. But Ciel knew better than to believe that kind of act. He sighs and rubbed his temple in annoyance.

The person beside him is noisy and loud. He kept talking and talking that he wanted to rip his ears off.

To be honest, he never expected this stranger from a serious and kind of menacing, the type feels like they can rip open your chest(literally-) and read you easily. To be a loud-mouthed, care-free annoyance that is beside him.

"Well, it seems that there is no one."

"But that's so borrrrriiiing."

And childish too.

Ciel has doubts when he is deciding to let the boy stay, kick him out, or let his butler... handle this kid cheeky boy. But by seeing him and experiencing the thing earlier. He can feel immense power behind his black eyes. But, he comes into some theories that the white-haired Zoldyck perhaps just has menacing eyes in general. Because by the way, he is acting right now... let's just say that he is being a bit of a handful to handle...

It's not like he is placing any mischievous tricks around the house(let's ignore the fact that he almost made Bart piss himself when he found him hiding inside the oven for unknown reasons) he is also very neat and leisurely most of the time. His being a chatterbox is surely annoying, but he can handle them, he survives Elizabeth's yammering so he is sure he can handle him as well. The thing that is a pain to deal with is his lack of presence like, you can't sense him anywhere. It is unnerving, especially when you saw him in a random corner, but for a split second, he is gone, just to reappear behind his victim(which is mostly Ciel considering he is the person Y/n is protecting -probably a good word is 'hanging out' rather than 'protecting-) He can't figure out if he is doing this on purpose to annoy him -which is working- or he wasn't aware in all of this, but it is for damn sure annoying.

Sebastian never said a word when it comes to his behavior. And it appears that he fell victim to this surprise attack once in a while -though not often- if you acknowledge the slight flinch he emits when being surprised by this.

This of course baffles him. How can't he know where he is all the time? Like, he can smell him or something, right? And he can't really tell this to the butler when a certain white-haired boy is always around the house. His eyes are no joke. And his senses are crazy, Ciel notices.

He wanted to test how much he is capable.

So he comes up with a plan...
